The hotel staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to help us plan our lovely Marseille weekend. We were a group of girls there for a bachelorette party and they had excellent restaurant and bar recommendations. The security of the hotel was not so good. The doors to the rooms do not close tightly unless you push on the door. While we were getting dressed one night a young couple just came strolling into our room. I assume they were looking to rob us, but fortunately for us we were there. It was strange to us that they were permitted into the hotel as they were clearly not guests.

The hotel is well located, clean, the rooms are comfortable. The wi-fi works in principle well, although they had some problems after my arrival. The breakfasts are too expensive.

Excellent location, close to shops, sights, restaurants and the port. Marseille can be cold in winter; our room was well heated. The bathroom was good.

it's not clean at all.the towers are still some hair from the last customer!!!it's just impossible for a hotel with 4stars(?????)The 70% price is just about right or even not worthy because it's kind of a lie!!!

Excellent location right on the Old Port in Marseille. Friendly staff - best to eat out as the restaurant quarter is just behind the hotel with many cafes Bars and specialist fish restaurants to choose from.

The room and bathroom were fairly large. With closed windows, it was quiet. I spent a comfortable but not a charming night. Rather run down, shabby. Definitively not 4 stars, barely 3 stars

I don't believe you can find a better value with location and quality in Marseille. It is easy to locate, ideal for walking to all areas of the city including (obviously) the Vieux-port, the city's shopping area, boat rides, as well as Notre Dame de la Garde. No charge for Wifi is a big plus. Parking is across the street in an underground garage, easy to get back and forth to hotel. I have stayed here on two separate trips and will continue to stay here on return trips.

The location, right on the Vieux Port, and only blocks away from the Canebière, the Opera or the Cours Estienne d'Orves. Room comfortable enough for the night. Staff agreeable and helpful. I would definitely consider staying there again. The air freshener used by the hotel was almost overpowering. The fittings looked a bit tired already: seemingly recent but showing signs of wear. Didn't try the breakfast, as it seemed rather pricey: popping out to a café instead and having a coffee and couple of croissants for 5 euros with the locals in the glorious autumn sun on a streetside terrace was a no-brainer.

The morning reception was very good and the room was clean and confortable. The view was zero. The day I left even thought that I has inform the reception for mornig leave and an ealy wakening, nobody from the reception telephone to wake me up.

Its location. The room was good for the price - in other words I did not feel totally ripped off. Comfortable room and quiet with windows shut, but... My air conditioning which was apparently working completely failed to cool my room down - and this is November! - I had it on the lowest I could get and still had to sleep on the top of the bed without covers. Could have opened the windows but would have lost the sound proofing and this hotel is on the quayside so pretty noisey outside!

Location quiet rooms quiet hotel Breakfast at 16€ very, very poor value for money no lounge/bar/reading room etc ie nothing apart from bedrooms and adjoining restaurant room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke

The best thing about the hotel is the location. We had one breakfast at the hotel and were rather disappointed with this. Best to eat elsewhere in one of the many restaurants / bars in the old port.
