Big comfy beds with free tea + coffee making facilities in the room. Very good range of fresh hot and continental foods for breakfast. Delicious and good value evening menu with meat and fish-of-the-day choices changing daily. Polite and friendly staff. Stylish decor in the lounge and bar areas. Next to the metro + great location for airport shuttle- bus and conference centre and a 15min walk into the centre of the old town. Also we found the people on the street in Toulouse to be very friendly and helpful.

Carpets in corridors and room a little tired but otherwise the room was very nice and spacious. The absence of a safe in the room was a little inconvenient but you can apparently deposit valuables at reception. Nevertheless we would stay here again if visiting Toulouse.

The breakfast was not too good - very limited selection for the size of the hotel.

Room a little bit cramped.

The hotel room was large and we could get the wheelchair round comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The bed was king size and the mattress was soft without being too soft and the sheets and pillowcases were made of really good material. The lifts were large enough for our purposes. The restaurant was large and the food was excellent, although we did only have breakfast there because we had travelled with a large group who were in different hotels so we all met up centrally. There was a mini bar in the room which was stocked up very well. The hotel was well within reach of the shops and cafe bars and the metro stop was very near although we used a taxi when we needed to the train station it was well enough nearby to walk but as my husband had to push me and we had our luggage with us the hotel staff called a taxi for us and they were with us in a very short while. All in all our stay in the hotel albeit only a 2 night stay we found it a really good and welcome stay and when we go again next year we will definitely stay at the same hotel. .

The only negative I can think of is that the rooms had a shower over the bath and really because of my disability I normally only use a shower however my husband helped me get my legs into the bath and I washed myself whilst sitting at the end of the bath without sitting in it and he then rinsed me down so if there aren't any rooms with just showers in there we will do the same again and I must say again categorically that we will still stay again in this hotel when we go next year and the year after, etc.

Chauffage dans la chalbre un peu bruyant Prix du parking 10.5 par jour meme si on y reste pas la journée entière Petit déjeuner un peux cher 15 euros par personne

La habitación era moderna, funcional y agradablemente decorada, suficientemente amplia y con espacio para dejar las cosas. Tenía luces de lectura, algo bastante inusual y que agradecimos. Muy cómoda. El hotel está junto a un bonito parque y junto a una entrada de metro, a unos 20' paseando de la plaza de Capitolio. Tiene parking a 10€ dentro del propio hotel. En conjunto un hotel muy recomendable.

No utilizamos los servicios del desayuno ni del restaurante porque nos parecieron un poco caros y con ese tono "internacional de negocios" que les quita encanto. Pero es algo de poca importancia.

Am ersten Tag meines Aufenthaltes war einer der beiden Fahrstühle ausser Betrieb, am zweiten Tag waren beide Fahrstühle ausser Betrieb. Es gab keinerlei Informationen auf den einzelnen Stockwerken oder im Empfangsbereich, dass die Fahrstühle ausser Betrieb waren und wann sie voraussichtlich wieder in Betrieb genommen werden.

基本上达到了豪华4星级的标准

酒店的无线wifi比较不好用，用电脑连比较稳定且不需要输密码，但手机(iphone 4S)的话就很不稳定几乎每十几分钟掉线一次而且还得重新登录，而且手机需要输入的无线网络密码较复杂，同- 时帐号密码需要一天一更新，这点得改进。

Le sofa en lit d'appoint n'était pas très confortable pour mon fils de 15 ans de plus il doit avoir un certain âge vu que l'assise était déchirée c'est un peu limite vu le standing de l'hôtel et ses tarifs. le plus choquant est quand même le nombre de cigarettes écrasées devant la porte de l'hôtel je suis pourtant fumeuse mais je trouve cela particulièrement dégoutant. Il faudrait peut être prévoir un nettoyage journalier car l'image de marque des mercure en prend un coup.

Proximite du centre ville. Prestations globalement satisfaisantes

Personnel agréable et attentif. Propreté de la chambre irréprochable. Restaurant de l hôtel très bon. Petit déjeuner varié autant en sucré qu en salé. Bonne situation géographique. Pour le tarif, heureusement que booking.com était là:-)

Parking petit. Je pense qu il vaut mieux réserver sa place en même temps que la chambre.
