Desk service was good. Willingness to retain baggage post check-out. Lack of tea or coffee making facility in the room. Lack of English translations of menu and limited variety of dinner menu. WiFi cost too much. |

Location After booking, they need to provide clear instrustions how to get there, parking access, use of two lifts. I wanted to have clear fridge without bar staff. |

Tout est à proximité de cet hotel navette, centre commercial la poste stationnement à l'intérieur etc....bref j'ai adoré Cet hotel est très hitec très équipé technologiquement surtout la salle de bain alors pour des personnes agées ce ne sera pas très facile pour moi c'était très bien |

Le confort, le design et un emplacement assez central, petit déjeûner correct mais malgré tout cher pour la qualité, parking sous l'hotel Un personnel en nombre insuffisant au restaurant très vite dépassé par la présence de quelques clients. |
