Clean, modern and convenient. Helpful staff.

Room a little bit cramped.

The hotel room was large and we could get the wheelchair round comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The bed was king size and the mattress was soft without being too soft and the sheets and pillowcases were made of really good material. The lifts were large enough for our purposes. The restaurant was large and the food was excellent, although we did only have breakfast there because we had travelled with a large group who were in different hotels so we all met up centrally. There was a mini bar in the room which was stocked up very well. The hotel was well within reach of the shops and cafe bars and the metro stop was very near although we used a taxi when we needed to the train station it was well enough nearby to walk but as my husband had to push me and we had our luggage with us the hotel staff called a taxi for us and they were with us in a very short while. All in all our stay in the hotel albeit only a 2 night stay we found it a really good and welcome stay and when we go again next year we will definitely stay at the same hotel. .

The only negative I can think of is that the rooms had a shower over the bath and really because of my disability I normally only use a shower however my husband helped me get my legs into the bath and I washed myself whilst sitting at the end of the bath without sitting in it and he then rinsed me down so if there aren't any rooms with just showers in there we will do the same again and I must say again categorically that we will still stay again in this hotel when we go next year and the year after, etc.

Ontbijt is absoluut geen 15,50 euro waard (echt niet lekker), lelijke schreeuwerige kleuren in de gangen (geel / oranje / rood)

bien situé au centre ville chambre spacieuse lumineuse bien décorée propre la vue sur le parc

le chauffage souflant et bruyant un poil dans la baignoire tasse ébrechée plinthe de la baignoire à changer

Mercure-Komfort und -Qualität zu einem angemessenen Preis. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit und Lage waren top.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et toujours aucun reproche le personnel est très professionnel et disponible! La chambre est spacieuse, le lit confortable Bonne isolation phonique 10 min a pied du capitole Petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux

Chauffage dans la chalbre un peu bruyant Prix du parking 10.5 par jour meme si on y reste pas la journée entière Petit déjeuner un peux cher 15 euros par personne

Les équipements et la qualité de la restauration ainsi que son prix abordable.

La qualité du troisième lit (sofa) n'est pas à la hauteur de cette gamme d'hôtel

Un parking sous l'hôtel

Des odeurs affreuses dans les couloirs, plus proche d'un hopital. Propreté douteuse des chambres. Le deuxième jour l'accès au parking de l'hotel était interdit, dommage le seul avantage avait disparu. Enfin le personnel a une conception de l'acceuil conforme au meilleur standard de la sncf.

Le calme des lieux malgré sa situation en centre ville. La grandeur de la chambre et sa propreté.
