La situació és fantàstica, és tranquil i cèntric, esmorzar molt bé, metro al costat. Que poder és un hotel més de negocis, però no em molesta. |

perfect hotel!!! its 2min walk to Eiffel Tour! perfect personal!! very,very,very clean rooms.good restorant.i'll be stay at this hotel again and again.i used the live in another hotels,but this for shure number one!!!! |

Location was great, and only that!!! The Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel is definatelly not a value for money. Our room was dirty!!! We found someone's hair in the bathroom, which was (by the way) not smelling fresh! Also, on a floor in the bedroom, we found nail clippings. We asked staff to clean our room, but it has never happened. Our room was cold, and the heating was not working. We had to ask twice for someone to come and have a look at it. The man came around 23:00 and informed us that or we can have the heating on, but loud, or quiet but cold room (as the whole heating system in the entire hotel needs replacing / fixing). |

The close proximity to both the Metro and Eiffel Tower, River Seine were the only plusses. The room was spacious, but even thought tea/coffee sachets were supplied, there were no cups. We asked 3 times before cups were provided, then the cups were not replaced on the following day. In addition, toilet paper was not replenished and we asked but without success. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned and there were large strands of hair in the toilet on arrival. All in all, housekeeping left alot to be desired. |

The location was well situated for the purpose of my visit, rooms were ok but not in line with the price. The price for the room was much to high. Comparable accomodation can be found nearby at half the price. At check-in desk the hotelstaff gave the impression that the situation was totally out of their control. We had to line up for almost 30 minutes before check-in. |

Its so close to the Eiffel Tower and our view of the Tower from the balcony was amazing. Also, when I booked I mentioned that it was my husband's 40th and the trip was a surprise for him. On our second nt the hotel brought us a free bottle of champagne and chocolates to our room!! Also, they have an automaitic check in which meant we didn't have to queue when we arrived. The staff were all very friendly and really polite. The pictures on the internet made the room look much mure plush than it actually was (C'est la vie!) but it was still a nice room. |

Staff provided a very warm friendly greeting and were very helpful at checkout. The room size was very good (queen bed room). The hotel was very well positioned for exploring Paris. The chambermaid did not replenish the tea and coffee or wash the used cups from the previous day. The hotel corridor could do with refreshing as it appeared a bit shabby. |

The hotel graciously upgraded me for my birthday to a wonderful room in the front of the hotel with a balcony viewing the Eiffel Tour. Good location for Metro and rer transportation around the city.... And close to the boats for the Seine River cruise. The retauant was limited and expensive. |

The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing! And I also liked the Business Centre providing free use of computers and internet. My room was lacking resources. I had tea and coffee making facilities but no cup, and the mini bar had not been filled and when i checked out they tried to charge me for it when it wasn't full in the first place. |

Well positioned (close to Eiffel Tower), modern and comfortable, Staff friendly. Breakfast a bit unispiring - some nice bread would have made a lot of difference. |

The beds, the size of the room, the service, the free and the location. The confusion as to whether booking.com was paid in full or if the hotel was to invoice the client. But that is not the hotel's fault. Also, the coffee and coffee mugs were not replaced daily. |

We were made to feel very welcome, they know it was our honeymoon and we got a free bottle of champagne and chocolates, which was a lovely touch to start the holiday. Location was very central to eiffel tower and beautiful grounds |

The location was excellent. We got a superior room facing Eiffel tower and it was fantastic seeing the glamorous lights at night. The room was spacious with free wireless internet service which was helpfull and cost saving. The staff were very cooperative and decent. There were no much facilities except the resturant and the bar. The rooms are somewhat old and needs renewal specially the Air Condition which aws working as a weak fan not up to the level I expected from Pullman. Also the shower was not fixed to the wall and needed the plumber who frankly speaking came immediately after I reported the condition and fixed it. We opened the balocony to get some fresh air as AC was not efficient but some flying insects went inside and we were forced to close it and tolerate the heat than getting insect bites. |

Very clean, large room, large bed, quiet area, near to river taxi which was good for getting around insted of the metro. Constant air con and old windows. |
