Good size clean room at a reasonable price for the location. we booked 3 months in advance The room was not serviced until late in the day, which proved troublesome. |

The Location is Excellent. Also the price,which appears to be always lower than advertised. Also having the ''Breakfast Included'' in the Room price is always a good selling point.Litterally a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and the Metro.Decent room size too and you are in a Great location to do a boat trip on the Seine. |

The kingsize room was spacious and clean, with a good view of the eiffel tower from the balconey, which looks a stones throw away from the hotel. The hotel is a good location for touring the attractions of the city. I made two requests for an ice bucket and glasses. The first never arrived, the second only arrived after i had collected the glasses from the bar myself minus the ice bucket. Not a big problem more an inconvienience. |

The location was excellent and having paid for an uograde to an eiffel tower room the view was excellent. The breakfast was good quality for a continental buffet and actually turned out to be quite good value given Paris prices now! The concierge was very helpful and knowledgable about the area. The chambermaid was very nice and efficient. The bar prices were ridiculous. £7 for half a pint of beer!!! There was always a long queue for reception and we found someone elses old underwear under our bed! It took 3 phone calls and over an hour to get more tea and coffee in our room. Take your own if you like hot drinks in your room! Worth knowing that there are supermarkets around close by where you can buy decent bottles of wine for £3-£4. (Turn right out of the hotel and then right again and head straight down. It's not far.) |

i contacted the hotel after i made my booking asking alot of things from them as i was planning my perfect weekend away with my girlfriend (now fiancee) as i planned to propose to her. the hotel staff replied very quickly to all my e-mails regarding personalising my trip! such as a limo tp pick us up from the airport, having rose petals and champagne placed in my room at a certain time and day when i was out..... they did it all for me, with rapid responses and questions. the hotel staff (with special note of a female employee at the tour eifel hotel named marie- who was pretty muchj the person i dealt with thopugh my whole weekend planning, and was absolutley fantastic) i cant fit all i want to say in this box as i could go on and on..... |

Everything was great. The room is very confortable, dispite the fact that it is not a very modern room. The location is fantastic, and if you book a room with a balcony to the Eiffel Tower it's absolutelly marvelous. Really recommended. |

This hotel was run by extremely friendly and helpful staff, the location could not have been better, the rooms were clean and a good size considering the central Paris location. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window was fantastic. Very little wrong with this hotel. It would have perhaps have been nice to sample the breakfast buffet but considering the current exchange rate, 22 Euros is a bit pricey for me. |

Great location, (the major city attractions are in between the Effel Tour and the Notre Dam de Paris), so you are in the right place. 2 minute walk to Effel Tour. Easy access to bus tours, boat tours, cafes, shopping. Big comfortable rooms (we had King size bed with balcony and Effel Tour view), very comfortable bed. In room internet service. Delisious breakfast. Nice bar and lounge. Friendly staff. We were very pleased with this hotel and the overall trip to Paris. We would stay here again! P.S. I don't know who said that french people are "mean". They are so sweet! Just tell them "Bonjour" and they burst with a big smile! Good luck! |

Some of the staff we particularly nice - particularly Marie from Reception. For the 1st two nights i didn't get any sleep. The central heating pipes we making an incredibly loud singing sound, which was more than unbearable. The wallpaper in the hotel was awfully dirty and incredibly tacky. The bathroom's are so dated with the silicone randomly placed around the bath to seal the bathtub - very tacky. The place needs a serious clean up. Breakfast buffet - of my six days spent there - 5 days we never had butter on the buffet. The beef sausages we so dried out and ice cold, in fact everything on the hot buffet was incredibly cold. Having to ask for ask for coffee everytime when none of the waiters check on you, is an absolute joke. I travel to Paris regularly - but this was just an absolute joke! |

The Hotel is perfectly located, right next to the Eiffel Tour, walking distance from metro rer and bus stop. Nearby there are also some small supermarkets, perfect if you wanna have lunch/dinner not in a restaurant...and relaxed in your room instead. The Hotel was very clean, the staff helpfull and they all spoke english. The breakfast was not included in my room, and it costed 22euro P.P. but for us it was worthed, as we would start the day with loads of food and then just have a small snack during the day and at night a light dinner.I Will recommend this hotel to anyone who's going to Paris, not of course if it's a very low budget holiday. |

Breakfast was nice. The heater made a noise so that I couldnt sleep very well. But staff didnt apologize for that. He just said that all rooms have same heater system which visitors can not control temperature themselves. If you are sensitive, I don't suggest this hotel. |

The staff of the hotel was professional, friendly and they give me the impresssion that the guests are welcome I booked a room superior with kingsize bed and I got only a room with 2 beds,when I complained they regret but my booked category was not available, as compensation they give me access to their lounge.In the frigde was open yoghourt from a previous guest and it was not removed during the 2 days. The carpet was not very clean. |

Location was fantastic, right near the eiffel tower with fabulous views. Room was also very spacious and comfortable. When booking the room, the amount was charged immediately to our credit card and when we checked in we were told the room was prepaid. However, upon checkout, we were presented with a bill to settle the room, although when queried this bill was dropped. |
