Size often room and the view of the tower. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and the staff treated us exceptionally

The staff was outstaning. Anne, David and alize were terrific and the door man sorry do not remember his name. They could not do enough for us.

The halls were old and the sound of banging was a bit much.

at 14:30 rooms were not ready so we had to wait for a long time, room was on 3rd floor so the view from our balcony wasn't as good as could be

Location

Not told about the major construction underway. Construction work noise. Some staff not very helpful minimal tea and coffee facilities, had to ask for more. Tea and coffee facilities has cardboard cups No information in the room about the area, staff didnt even know what time the Eiffel Tower opened and closed

Construction! Check in took quite a while, I believe the staff were hoping they had a room for us, we had booked online , but staff looked like they were hoping they had our room. NO HOT WATER!

The staff were excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable from the reception staff to the bar staff. The location was excellent with fabulous views of the Eiffle Tour. I couldn't fault our stay one bit and would definately like to stay here again

Absolutely nothing

Location. Large rooms and view from balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was there, they couldn't do any more for you. Staff were very attentive.

Lack of amenities. They are refurbishing, but there was no lounge at reception, a two seater couch is not enough. Toilet facilities were on the tenth floor. I don't think that prices were reduced for inconvenience.

A little tired but renos happening. I think a hotel of this standard could have proper glasses and cups for tea and coffee instead of the paper and plastic that are in the rooms.

Restaurant was amazing! Perfect view. Room was big, very cosy. Perfect location, 2 blocks away from the Eiffel Tower.

It was hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. Very hot. The hotel was being renovated and we didn't know about that. Much noise!!

Two of the staff in particular, David and Agnieskja, were very friendly and extremely helpful with a number of things.

The corridors on floors 9 and 10 are seriously in need of renovation. They are quite tatty.

Conditions of the rooms n inventories ! Needs a Refurbishment !!

Although the rooms are a bit dated(and renovation is on going), the view of the deluxe rooms are magnificent.You either going to get a room facing the city buildings across the river or the magnificent Eiffel Tower.and it's more impressive at night. There's a metro station nearby (Bir-Hakeem) and RER station (Champ de Mars) and it'll take you less than 5 minutes walk to get there. Although the breakfast is a little bit pricey at €25 each, the spread and the view from the 10th floor restaurant makes every bit of your money worth.

The styling.a bit dated but with renovation coming I only hope the price remains the same.

Location

Residents are not given priority in restaurant so it was fully booked . Room 925 is directly below restaurant so is noisy from 6 am to 1.00 am so 19 hrs a day.

Nice view of Eiffel tower; short walking distance to Eiffel tower.

On the ammenities description, it says, with A/C...not true! No a/c or even fan. According to the staff, it is still winter and there is no a/c at this time. She told me to just open the windows. Complained to the manager, We changed room only to find out that there's still no a/c and worst, it has no balcony(which we booked and paid for). I complained again and the manager did not eveN make an effort to reach me.

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous, the hotel is in a great location for sightseeing.

Restaurant staff were abrupt to the point of being rude!

Its proximity to the Eiffel Tower is unbeatable!

Door cards were faulty. We had to request for them to change it 3x in our 4 day stay. I would usually encouter other guests complain about the same thing. During our check out, i was told our room was unpaid but it was in my vouchers that it was. The shuttle had to wait for us because it had to be sorted out first. Good thing the driver didnt leave us.

Near to Eiffel Tour

The location of the hotel was very good. The staff was quite accommodating and the breakfasts provided was impressive.
