Keskeinen sijainti, lyhyt matka nähtävyyksiin. Ilmainen internet. Äänet kuuluvat hyvin huoneeseen, hintataso baarissa aivan liian korkea ! |

Hotellin sijainti oli täydellinen meille. Lentokentältä RER B linjalla ja vaihto RER C linjalle, pääsee helposti n. 100 m päähän hotellia. Näkymä mitä upein parvekkeen kuudennesta kerroksesta suoraan Eiffel tornille. Iso ja valoisa huone. Palvelu erinomaisen hyvää. Huonepalvelu oli nopeaa ja ystävällistä. |

Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä, täydet pisteet. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Hieno näkymä huoneen ikkunasta Eiffel-tornille kuten luvattu huoneen varauksessa. Sijainti kerrassaan mahtava! Deluxe huone ei ollut mitenkään deluxe, hintataso saa odottamaan parempaa. Melko nuhjuinen sisustus, huone kokonaisuutena keskitasoa. |

Loistava ja rauhallinen sijainti aivan Eiffel-tornin vieressä. Hyvä buffet-aamiainen. Superior-huone mukavan iso. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Arkkitehtuuri 70-luvulta. Yksinkertaiset ikkunat tuhlaavat energiaa ja kadun puolella ulkoäänet voivat häiritä. Huoneiden ovien alareunassa avoin rako käytävään. Väliovellisten huoneiden äänieristys. Osin lievä kuluneisuus. |

Erinomainen sijainti Eiffelin ja Seinen lähellä. Siisti huone, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä aamupala. Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli sekaannusta. Toinen virkailija siirrätti matkatavamme säilöön vaikka saimmekin huoneen heti. Oletimme, että matkatavarat seuraavat perästä, mutta niitä piti lähteä erikseen kyselemään. WiFin käyttöönottoon ei löytynyt ohjetta ja sitä piti käydä erikseen kysymässä vastaanotosta. Datamäärän rajoittaminen vuorokaudessa aiheutti myös hankaluuksia. |

First of all, the location is extraordinary. From our room we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. 20 min walk to the Champs Elysee. The hotel staff is very well trained. Definitely will return to this hotel. Excellent 3 days spent in Paris. |

the food and drinks was way overpriced and in the pictures it shows that you can see the eiffel tower from the restaurant which you could clearly not as it was all obstructed by tree's. |

Location was great, and only that!!! The Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel is definatelly not a value for money. Our room was dirty!!! We found someone's hair in the bathroom, which was (by the way) not smelling fresh! Also, on a floor in the bedroom, we found nail clippings. We asked staff to clean our room, but it has never happened. Our room was cold, and the heating was not working. We had to ask twice for someone to come and have a look at it. The man came around 23:00 and informed us that or we can have the heating on, but loud, or quiet but cold room (as the whole heating system in the entire hotel needs replacing / fixing). |

The close proximity to both the Metro and Eiffel Tower, River Seine were the only plusses. The room was spacious, but even thought tea/coffee sachets were supplied, there were no cups. We asked 3 times before cups were provided, then the cups were not replaced on the following day. In addition, toilet paper was not replenished and we asked but without success. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned and there were large strands of hair in the toilet on arrival. All in all, housekeeping left alot to be desired. |

The location was well situated for the purpose of my visit, rooms were ok but not in line with the price. The price for the room was much to high. Comparable accomodation can be found nearby at half the price. At check-in desk the hotelstaff gave the impression that the situation was totally out of their control. We had to line up for almost 30 minutes before check-in. |

Its so close to the Eiffel Tower and our view of the Tower from the balcony was amazing. Also, when I booked I mentioned that it was my husband's 40th and the trip was a surprise for him. On our second nt the hotel brought us a free bottle of champagne and chocolates to our room!! Also, they have an automaitic check in which meant we didn't have to queue when we arrived. The staff were all very friendly and really polite. The pictures on the internet made the room look much mure plush than it actually was (C'est la vie!) but it was still a nice room. |
