Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

エッフェル塔が見える部屋を予約したが、是非予約すべき。夜のライトアップされたエッフェル塔を間近で見る- 事ができるのは素晴らしい。ただし、ホテルの建ち位置的に部屋からはあまり見えずベランダからになるが、そ- れでも満足できる。また、METROとRERの駅に近く観光に便利。室内は、湯を沸かせるポットがあった事- やシャワーが固定でない事は日本人にとっては大変嬉しい。

ハウスキーパーが問題。”DO NOT DISTURB”をかけているにもかかわらず平気で部屋に入ってくる。AM11時頃、一人がシャワー使用中- 、一人が就寝中にグラス交換に入ってきた。また、毎日何かが足りない。ある日はバスタオルがない、ある日は- グラスがない、ある日は毎日補充されるはずのフリーの水が補充されていない。

For the 1st two nights i didn't get any sleep. The central heating pipes we making an incredibly loud singing sound, which was more than unbearable. The wallpaper in the hotel was awfully dirty and incredibly tacky. The bathroom's are so dated with the silicone randomly placed around the bath to seal the bathtub - very tacky. The place needs a serious clean up. Breakfast buffet - of my six days spent there - 5 days we never had butter on the buffet. The beef sausages we so dried out and ice cold, in fact everything on the hot buffet was incredibly cold. Having to ask for ask for coffee everytime when none of the waiters check on you, is an absolute joke. I travel to Paris regularly - but this was just an absolute joke!

The Hotel is perfectly located, right next to the Eiffel Tour, walking distance from metro rer and bus stop. Nearby there are also some small supermarkets, perfect if you wanna have lunch/dinner not in a restaurant...and relaxed in your room instead. The Hotel was very clean, the staff helpfull and they all spoke english. The breakfast was not included in my room, and it costed 22euro P.P. but for us it was worthed, as we would start the day with loads of food and then just have a small snack during the day and at night a light dinner.I Will recommend this hotel to anyone who's going to Paris, not of course if it's a very low budget holiday.

I booked a room superior with kingsize bed and I got only a room with 2 beds,when I complained they regret but my booked category was not available, as compensation they give me access to their lounge.In the frigde was open yoghourt from a previous guest and it was not removed during the 2 days. The carpet was not very clean.

Staff was nice and kind.

The restaurant was not good and is too expensive for the quality of the food. It was presented in the website as 4 star hotel. In my view it is not.

Rooms are too run down. Heater could not be turned off. Phone did not reach reception. Noisy hallways.

The hotel room is of a decent size and is relatively clean. The rate is comparable to similar hotels.

The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. They improperly attempted to invoice me for breakfast service utilized by other guests, and did not even apologize when I inform them of the error. To make things worse, considerable amount of water poured down from the bathroom ceiling in my hotel room, and I was unable to shower. Notwithstanding the lack of a fully functional bathroom, the staff originally insisted on charging me the full amount for my hotel room -- they only rudely discounted the full amount to reflect problems with the water leakage after I insisted on talking to the manager (who was also quite rude).

Stuff in the hotel is not welcoming at all. No smile, no courtesy.

The room was not ready until after 3:00pm. Check inn was at 2:00pm I still did not received my invoice receipt which should include all the information that I needed.
