服务比较周到，地点合适

地址超好，闹中取静的地方，服务速度超慢，其他的都不错。。。

Location was really good and the view from the room allocated was amazing. The receptionist “Maria” was a massive credit to the Hotel, always helping out when needed and always with a smile, nothing was to much for her, she is a massive credit to the Hotel and she was the only good point in the Hotel itself. She is a FIVE star receptionist :) Luis & Aida

I felt like being on the movie “the shinning”! 1- We where allocated the 6th floor and the wallpaper was ripped in some parts and not just a bit, quiet big sections where missing! 2- The mini-Bar was dirty, a left container with salad that stink, a cake left open with mould on it, and a half bottle of coke. 3- Found hairs on the bath and the toilet roll only had a few sheets left, so obviously it was not change when the room was supposedly clean by housekeeping. 4- There was no Room Service menu and when requested it took ages, we went to the bar and asked for food, food arrived after a while and after enjoying the meal we went up, I had a shower and when I finished there was a knock on the door, guess what, Yep, it was the Room service menu being delivered, take that for speed, what a joke. 5- Breakfast, well where do I start? COLD, AWFULL, UNEATABLE and to top it up when I ask for cold milk I was given Hot milk, ok, maybe a miss understanding not worth mentioning but worth mentioning is the staff attitude when I asked if I could have the milk replaced, basically he walked away and I had to go and get milk myself. 6- Wi-Fi, login ok but as soon as you leave the Hotel and return it won’t recognize your device again so you have to login again, it’s tedious. 7- For £270.00 for one night, you take your chances because we for one won’t be staying there again. And that’s all. LP & AV

Location was great. Few steps from Eifel Tower. Service was ok.

It was very cold in the room and we had to ask for heater. Hotel in general is rather old and expensive.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was perfect with the view of the tower. the bathroom and room was very clean. the location was perfect for walking arlund to sight see and the cafe's were clse by.

Helpful staff at the reception desk as well as the restaurant. One restaurant staff in particular was especially helpful when one of my traveling companion was unwell.

Room sound proofing can be improved. Wood panels starts to peel off at some parts of the corridor.

Amazing location a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower. I was lucky enough to have a deluxe room with balcony and Eiffel Tower view on the eighth floor. The view was worth the money alone. Absolutely stunning! The hotel staff always greeted me with a smile and I found them to be very helpful. Whenever I am in Paris, I will be staying at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel!!

Excellent hotel. Specially compared to other choices for the same price range. Spacious room. Very friendly staff, specially at the reception and concierge. With the Eiffel Tower right next to you, I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet could include some more choices for tourists from other continents.

The coridor cleanliness to be improved or I could say to replace the carpet

Location was excellent, staff very friendly and helpfull,speaking two languages at least.The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Big comfy bed. I just wonder why hotel like this can not provide ceramic cups in the bedrooms. There were paper cups and wooden stirers. Maybe that can change in the future

The room was big around 32 sq.M., As promised. The bed and pillows were good.

1. There is no view of tour eiffel at all as it is promised on the site!!! Hotel doesn't face forward to Tour Eiffel, but faced to the stadium. So, you can see one leg of the Tour Eiffel just standing on the ugly balcony. We payed more for Tour Eiffel view room and it was a very bad surprise. 2. Horrible breakfast - dirty extremely unfriendly chief cooks eggs on dirty pans in front of your eyes. 3. Unfriendly helpless reception - especially Ivona. If you have never heard about service - this is a good place for you, if you have been in 5,4,3 stars hotels and have some ideas how the service should be - you will be disappointed.

Very comfortable,friendly staff,only dissapointment was not having a room with a view of the Tower!
