Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

perfect hotel!!! its 2min walk to Eiffel Tour! perfect personal!! very,very,very clean rooms.good restorant.i'll be stay at this hotel again and again.i used the live in another hotels,but this for shure number one!!!!

Location was great, and only that!!!

The Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel is definatelly not a value for money. Our room was dirty!!! We found someone's hair in the bathroom, which was (by the way) not smelling fresh! Also, on a floor in the bedroom, we found nail clippings. We asked staff to clean our room, but it has never happened. Our room was cold, and the heating was not working. We had to ask twice for someone to come and have a look at it. The man came around 23:00 and informed us that or we can have the heating on, but loud, or quiet but cold room (as the whole heating system in the entire hotel needs replacing / fixing).

The location was well situated for the purpose of my visit, rooms were ok but not in line with the price.

The price for the room was much to high. Comparable accomodation can be found nearby at half the price. At check-in desk the hotelstaff gave the impression that the situation was totally out of their control. We had to line up for almost 30 minutes before check-in.

The location was excellent, Staff could not do more to help.

The view was amazing....staff were happy to accommodate with providing a room with a view.

Staff provided a very warm friendly greeting and were very helpful at checkout. The room size was very good (queen bed room). The hotel was very well positioned for exploring Paris.

The chambermaid did not replenish the tea and coffee or wash the used cups from the previous day. The hotel corridor could do with refreshing as it appeared a bit shabby.

We were upgraded to a large room which was extremely comfy with an excellent balcony view.

Well positioned (close to Eiffel Tower), modern and comfortable, Staff friendly.

Breakfast a bit unispiring - some nice bread would have made a lot of difference.

The beds, the size of the room, the service, the free and the location.

The confusion as to whether booking.com was paid in full or if the hotel was to invoice the client. But that is not the hotel's fault. Also, the coffee and coffee mugs were not replaced daily.

The location was excellent. We got a superior room facing Eiffel tower and it was fantastic seeing the glamorous lights at night. The room was spacious with free wireless internet service which was helpfull and cost saving. The staff were very cooperative and decent.

There were no much facilities except the resturant and the bar. The rooms are somewhat old and needs renewal specially the Air Condition which aws working as a weak fan not up to the level I expected from Pullman. Also the shower was not fixed to the wall and needed the plumber who frankly speaking came immediately after I reported the condition and fixed it. We opened the balocony to get some fresh air as AC was not efficient but some flying insects went inside and we were forced to close it and tolerate the heat than getting insect bites.

Have an excellent honeymoon, staff were most helpful.
