It was quite ok. Small lift and functional room. Wi-fi keep dissappearing..
good location. the lady at the front desk was helpful.
the man at the front desk did not even look at the guest's face. not even thank you word. it was so disappointed.
The breakfast is excellent, have choices of cheese, differnt kinds of tea bags to choose. Fresh cut fruits instead of can fruit . differnt kinds of bread. The staff is very helping, we had a early check out, the breakfast time not yet start, the staff still make us coffee. The shampoos and shower gel is made in germany and new zealand (not in China, cheap stuff)
Comfortable and convenient. Appreciated kettle and tea in room.
Towels rather thin and small.
Proximity to the business venue
Nice room, convenient to metros and buses.
The facade of the hotel is beautiful, and the reception area has been recently renewed. Good location near Opera and La Fayette.
We requested in advance a non-smoking room, but got a smoking one anyway. The rooms are really old-fashioned. The door of the bathroom didn't close. Everything in the room was very dusty, even the sheets of the bed. The bathroom and toilet were dirty. Everything had a non-fresh smell. We were really disappointed. Seems they only renewed the reception, and forgot to renew the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was also very expensive for what it was. There was not too much from which to pick.
Location is perfect! Personnel is so freindly. Everything is ok.
Staff very friendly
Very good location, silent and in compare with other such hotels in Paris rooms here are bigger.
Cleanliness in rooms but only because of the old furniture.
The location was great. The staff friendly and helpful.
This hotel looks like it has been half remodelled. The bed was great, but the room had a very old wall to wall carpet and the painting of the bathroom was partially falling down, though some parts of it were new. You could feel the subway while it was working. Breakfast too expensive.
It was near my job meeting. Staff was nice.
I liked the location.
The room was extremely small, nice closet but do close to the bed you could barely close it. Safety box could only be opened and closed with flashlight and be a contortionist.
