Sa situation géographique.La salle de remise en forme. Il ne s'agit pas d'un 4**** mais d'un 3***! En effet, si vous allez sur le site du groupe accor il est indiqué comme hôtel de catégorie moyenne et non comme un 4**** sur votre site.D'autre part la station de métro dupleix située devant l'entrée de l'hôtel est fermée de septembre à fin novembre pour travaux. IL aurait été utile de le savoir lors de la réservation. |

D'être juste à côté d'une station de métro malheureusement fermée pour travaux Digne d'un 2 étoiles pas plus. Pot avec mégots sur la fenêtre pour une chambre non fumeur!!!! |

Le personnel reception et petit déjeuner sont agréables!le fait d avoir une salle de sport est bien mais les horaires en W.e ne sont pas adequats Je trouve inadmissible qu un 4 etoiles n ait pas la propreté requise , du coup les prix ne sont pas en adéquation! On va plus vers un 3 stars, la qualité du service ds les chambres cad propreté rejoint le 0 c est dommage |

Situation de l hotel parfaite au pied du metro dupleix qui nous emmene partout ds paris et la proximité de petits restos bien sypmas personnel du petit dejeuner agreable puis petit dejeuner tres tres correct je retiens cette adresse |

Proximité du métro. Excellente literie. Chambre bien insonorisée. Quartier sympa proche Tour Eiffel. Pour un quatre étoile, l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un raffraichissement (joint de la baignoire noir ...) |

It is opposite the Dupleix Metro station and five minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. There was a wonderful local food and general goods market across the road on Sunday morning. |

The breakfasts were exceptionally good compared to the usual Parisian 3-4 star hotel breakfast. The bedding and towels were of a high quality; our room was very quiet as it overlooked a courtyard and we slept very soundly. When we arrived, we were given a smoking room although we had booked a non-smoking one (and our room and corridor on the 2nd floor smelt of stale tobacco). However, the next day a friendly hotel receptionist quickly arranged for us to change to a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor and what a difference! Additionally, the carpets of the rooms and corridor seemed much newer and cleaner on the 3rd floor than they were on the 2nd floor. The hotel is located on the metro line very close to Dupleix station, but this station is currently closed for renovation between Sept and Nov 2009. However, there are 2 other metro stations approximately 10 minutes walk away. |

Good location close to Metro & Eiffel Tower Closest Metro Station was closed but not hotel's fault. The maid came in at 10am despite a midday checkout time. |

This is a nice hotel. Staff are excellent, location is great with a metro stop right across the street from the hotel and easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Private parking is secure and costs about the same as is charged by other hotels in the area. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. |

The beds were very comfortable and the lemon tea was very welcome.Close proximity to sights. Suggest maybe some regular tea bags on the tea/coffee tray for people who like tea with milk but nothing drastic! |

Great position, just outside of the Dupleix Metro station & short walk from RER, and very close to some good cafes (we liked 'Secco' for good value breakfast - on cnr across road & to the right of hotel). Also close to great shopping & easy walk to Eiffel Tower. Service was great, with English speaking staff. We travelled with a 7 month old & there was plenty of room with cot set up. |

I really enjoyed the location.Only 10 minutes away from Eiffel Tower.The bathroom was big enough and the bed huge and comfortable.I had a view of the top of the Tower from my window. The building was a bit old as the carpet in the room. |

i booked non-smoking room, but was given smoking room. the smell was so bad we could not sleep. and there was no spare room in the hotel so we could move (we have been told) |

Location is excellent. Price was competitive. I got a room on the first floor facing directly to the garden. With the open window the only noise I could hear was from chirping birds - a small oasis in the middle of Paris. The rooms are small but considering the price it was OK. Breakfast is rather expensive. |

This hotel is excellent as of its price. Its location (close to Metro station, quiet area, close to shopping area) and services are also excellent. Breakfast buffet very good. |
