nessuno del personale sapeva una parola d'italiano, una ragazza della reception è stata scostante, se non parlavi in inglese non era per nulla disponibile, qualcuno invece c'è stato d'aiuto ( ci ha prenotato la navetta per andare in aereoporto anche nella stessa giornata).Buon hotel ( ottimo piumino e lenzuola e asciugamani, però direi che non è un vero 4stelle, forse 3 stelle superior.....)

Hotel molto ben posizionato, si raggiungono i campi di marte e la torre in meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Staff molto gentile e preparato

Camere pulite ma non pulitissime, come capita spesso in Francia. Costo della prima colazione, se non inclusa, troppo alto, al bar affianco si spende la meta'.

It is opposite the Dupleix Metro station and five minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. There was a wonderful local food and general goods market across the road on Sunday morning.

The breakfasts were exceptionally good compared to the usual Parisian 3-4 star hotel breakfast. The bedding and towels were of a high quality; our room was very quiet as it overlooked a courtyard and we slept very soundly.

When we arrived, we were given a smoking room although we had booked a non-smoking one (and our room and corridor on the 2nd floor smelt of stale tobacco). However, the next day a friendly hotel receptionist quickly arranged for us to change to a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor and what a difference! Additionally, the carpets of the rooms and corridor seemed much newer and cleaner on the 3rd floor than they were on the 2nd floor. The hotel is located on the metro line very close to Dupleix station, but this station is currently closed for renovation between Sept and Nov 2009. However, there are 2 other metro stations approximately 10 minutes walk away.

This is a nice hotel. Staff are excellent, location is great with a metro stop right across the street from the hotel and easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Private parking is secure and costs about the same as is charged by other hotels in the area. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The beds were very comfortable and the lemon tea was very welcome.Close proximity to sights.

Suggest maybe some regular tea bags on the tea/coffee tray for people who like tea with milk but nothing drastic!

Great position, Good value

I really enjoyed the location.Only 10 minutes away from Eiffel Tower.The bathroom was big enough and the bed huge and comfortable.I had a view of the top of the Tower from my window.

The building was a bit old as the carpet in the room.

Location is excellent. Price was competitive. I got a room on the first floor facing directly to the garden. With the open window the only noise I could hear was from chirping birds - a small oasis in the middle of Paris.

The rooms are small but considering the price it was OK. Breakfast is rather expensive.
