The owner very welcoming and forward at giving useful info regarding our short stay, what to visit ,where to eat .
Staff very helpful Location excellent Size good Lovely French hotel Lovely atmosphere
It needs to be upgraded, but keep the size and décor similar.
Genial helpful and knowledgable staff who helped us navigate the city and gave us a recommendation for a brilliant restaurant where we had a superb dinner.
The decor and facilities are old and faded. We were given a room on the top floor and had to climb a rather rickety spiral staircase up 3 floors carrying bags. As we are elderly this was a bit of a chore. The bathroom was very small, rather like an overnight ferry bathroom
The location was excellent and the man at the reception very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Couldn't use wi-fi in the rooms; a big disappointment! The rooms need serious updating!! Our bathroom was so small that there was no way of taking a shower without watering the toilet seat as well. The drainage was nearly blocked, so we got water everywhere :(
Great hotel, idealy in the right spot, old hotel, but for what you pay you get a good deal, close to all the sites, and restaurants, the man who run this hotel goes out of his way to make your stay a good one,he even took care of some laundry for me as it was Sunday and there wasn't one open,
A very kind owner helped me with the wifi and other little my thinks.
The owner was so helpful and happy to have our 2 motorbikes parked directly outside the front of the hotel. The hotel was quaint and functional. I would be happy to stay again. It's ideal for just an overnight or may even more if you were going to be out and about.
Happy but rooms quite small
Walking distance to the sights of Reims Very helpful staff Good mattress & clean sheets Double glazing to keep the noise out
The room was very small It's quite noisy during the day and evening with windows open but was quiet later at night
comfortable clean sheets clean ensuite showe wc cabinet
bijou room. .. too small for a double room hallways dark until motion sensors see you, then dim lights turn on
It was located close to the main street of restaurants and walking distance of the main town centre
Rather run down and shabby. Ok for an overnight stop, but not somewhere I'd stay for long
good location near to the town center. Friendly staff. Price was pretty decent for one night in a family room with 4 people
The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about what is on in the local area. It is a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Reims and so is ideally placed for a short visit. Parking is across the road in a pretty, tree lined boulevard. The hotel is very easy to find by car too.
Friendly staff (speaks some English), nice breakfast, very central location, spacious room.
Location is very good, close to railway station. In all fairness manager/owner was a character and quite a nice guy.
Room small, pokey, seedy, exposed wires behind bed, but heyho, I suspected it might be like that!!
One block from restaurants, nightlife
location is next door to bars and restaurants
very hard bed, small shower, noise at night by people leaving bars from 1pm till 5pm...
The location was very good. the staff was friendly and helpful. enjoyed eating my breakfast which I found economical and sumptuous for the moderate charges. would certainly like to stay there again for a short visit if I have to be in Reim.
The single room was very small, There is no elevator. I was placed on the second floor but could be problem for those placed on upper floors.
The location of the hotel is excellent, ten minute walk from train station. The owner was exceptional and helped me with all my activities and suggested some other ones as well. It is a small hotel, very personable and the staff are very attentive. If you are looking for concierge and fancy stuff this is not exact the place for you, but great place to stop over for a couple of days!! Overall I really enjoyed it! Would stay again for sure.
It was cheap.
The towels smelled of cigarette smoke even though they had obviously been washed. The décor is tired and lost somewhere in the early '90's however you get what you pay for and it was fair for the price.
close to gare and cbd
small rooms old tv
The man at the front desk was very helpful. Hotel is cheap and in a good location, nothing fancy just the basics
The host is lovely and you do get to experience genuine French accommodation (which is quaint but cramped!)
It's very outdated and uncomfortable. I likened it to staying in a caravan...
The hotel is very near the city center, so I easy to come back also for relaxing. The hotel was hold, and the room oldest, but in good cleaning condition. Also the wifi in free and alway available
Hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, it was clean, WiFi was working without problems, good breakfast, the location is excellent, there is a big free parking lot not too far away.
my room was tiny, and I guess the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen - ok if you stay for a night or two, but if you stay longer it's a bit uncomfortable. Also, I guess if you are a big person taking a shower can actually be a real problem (I'm not kidding)
