Touring Hotel & Restaurant  

It is set in a beautiful location. The staff are really friendly. The quality of food was excellent if restricted in variety.

It lacked atmosphere due to end of season visit and very few people present. It was once really top notch but now looks a little dated, could do with a revamp. The food choice at the restaurant was very limited although the dishes served were very well presented and very tasty.

The village it is in and surrounding area.

Arrived in evening, took 10 minutes to find a member of staff, everywhere in darkness-only 9pm. Rooms very basic, needs a good refurb! Booked privilage rooms, still do not know after asking reception what the difference was to standard. No cold water in taps in bathroom, informed reception 2 days, still no one bothered to fix it. 9.30Pm and bar closed, all lights off and very grumpy staff, except 1 helpful english speaking girl. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Bedroom walls very thin, noisy, keys for room doors must be 100years old and very hard to turn some locks.All in all a bit like 'faulty towers', would not stay again, never been in a hotel where the staff are so un helpful and miserable and cant wait for you to go to bed so they can either go home or continue doing nothing, dont know how they make money, its a shame as in a lovely location. Rooms smelt.

Restaurant poor - we were offered 6 options, all fixed menus. The hotel were reluctant to mix and match, and when they did, they charged a supplement. There was no vegetarian option - when asked for an omelette instead of meat or fish, a supplement was also charged for that - which was outrageous! When the omelette arrived, it was poor! It was beyond us why they didn't offer an a la carte menu - the restaurant wasn't particularly busy and the prices high for what was offered - we wouldn't eat there again and cancelled a lunch the following day and went elsewhere.

Hgyiene was questionable with breakfast bread basket/other together with dirty dishes etc ignorded and not cleared away for prolonged period ie 24 hours coupled with same for dirty glasses in the bar.

Bonjour, nous adorons venir au touring hôtel en week end chaques années, c'est un endroit très agréable placé dans un village magnifique ! où il y a de belles balades à faire, à pied, en moto ou autres. C'est un endroit que je conseille à tous les amoureux de la nature...car très calme, et surtout verdoyant ! De plus, le personnel y est plutôt très accueillant et surtout à l'écoute du client. L'hôtel, mérite un petit coût de rajeunissement côté tapisserie, mais il faut bien reconnaitre que malgré cela, j'y retournerai volontier l'année prochaine, et je pense encore après, nous adorons profiter de la piscine et du sauna. Le mieux est tout de même d'y aller pour pouvoir donner son avis. N'hésitez pas foncez !!!

Refaire les tapisseries et redonner un petit coup de jeunesse aux chambre !

Le calme

Très ancien l hôtel est décevant et ne mérite pas d'afficher trois étoiles. Des défauts dentretiens fenêtres en bois gonflée d'humidite papier peint de décolle dans la chambre, dans la salle de bain baignoire verte de tartre, distributeurs de savon et mouchoirs vides..le petit déjeuner correct servi dans une salle sans décoration avec nappes en plastique...

prachtige kamer met mooi uitzicht op de Sarteh, leuk dat er ook een balkon bij zit

we hebben een keer 's avonds in het hotel gedineerd , dat viel erg tegen het onbijt was wel erg goed verzorgd

Bra beliggenhet I forhold til stedene vi skulle besøke. Restauranten var kjempebra, helt nydelig mat. Også veldig hyggelige folk som drev hotellet.

Iflg beskrivelsen skulle vi ha vip rom med gratis gave ved ankomst. Mulig gaven var en skål med sukkertøy, noe annet fikk vi ikke. Rommet var av helt ordinær standard, ikke noe som vitnet om "vip" standard for å si det sånn. Helt greit, men langt fra luksus.

Me ha encantado su ubicación y el personal. Es muy familiar, sencillo y cómodo, se está como en casa. La decoración puede ser un poco anticuada pero está muy limpio todo, y el personal hace que tu estancia sea entrañable. El restaurante del hotel maravilloso, la cocina es excelente. Los desayunos sencillos pero muy buenos. La ubicación excelente para una escapada de naturaleza, junto al río y con centros de actividades de deporte en la naturaleza próximos. Cerca de un parque Nacional y de Saint Ceneri (una aldea preciosa). Saint Leonard de Bois donde se encuentra, un pueblo encantador muy bien cuidado y cuando estuvimos con un ajardinamiento espectacular.
