The location and the price

The location was great, there are close Metro stations in the heart of Quartier Latin. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they spoke English.The room is really small but comfortable and clean.

I like most parts of this hotel. There were only 2 things that bothered me a bit: 1) the bath curtain was too small, so the floor was still wet after the shower. 2) on our last night, the people next door was talking and we could hear them quite clearly in our room. The wall was not thick enough compared to the window, because when I closed the window, yeah, I heard little noise from the street. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Location. Also, Manager was very responsive to complaint. Desk staff were not so helpful.

Size of halls/rooms, lack of any view given cost at Euros 150/night - think it is poor value for that kind of $$$. Charge for making phone calls was exhoribitant despite that the hotel said it levied no extra calling fees.

thought the breakfast was included in price.Would not have had breakfast otherwise.15 euros for a hot water and piece of toast what a rip off.

The location was in the heart of the latin corner

The air con was next to useless

Hotel was fine - room was small but expected. Even had Eiffel Tower view if you stuck your neck out the window and looked left!

Location great. Walking distance to many attractions and cafes and restaurants. Right next to main metro station. (RER Line for the airports also). Very clean room.

Very small room.

Location was great, close to the Latin quarters, Sorbonne and the Luxembourg garden. Friendly staff.

Had to wait until 3 pm until I got my very small room (called "superior"...). Too expensive considering the minimalistic breakfast "buffet", the small rooms and the delays.

The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance for all the major sites of Paris and the staff was truly pleasant - a rarity in Paris.

My complaints would be only what other before me had noticed - the rooms are small and the walls are thin. That being said the hotel is good value for money and I would stay there again.
