The hotel is very well localized. There are close Metro stations in the heart of Quartier Latin. In front of hotel´s door there are several bikes for rental. |

Good Location. I couldn't understand why we could not book in even 10 minutes early. Had to wait in lobby. |

Location great. Walking distance to many attractions and cafes and restaurants. Right next to main metro station. (RER Line for the airports also). Very clean room. Very small room. |

Great location in the Latin Quarter close to Notre Dame and also to great, reasonably priced local restaurants. Easy walk to many metro stations. The staff were very helpful with booking trips, taxis and any questions we had. The room was so tiny that we couldn't find spots for both our suitcases (being international travellers they were on the large side). The room cleaners moved my suitcase everyday and did not put it back where it was and once put it upside down (they are lucky it did not break) - more irritating than anything else. The cleaners also did not replace the bath and shower gel when required. |

Location was great, close to the Latin quarters, Sorbonne and the Luxembourg garden. Friendly staff. Had to wait until 3 pm until I got my very small room (called "superior"...). Too expensive considering the minimalistic breakfast "buffet", the small rooms and the delays. |

Very good location. Breakfast was overvalued. Outside hotel is breakfast much better and prices more sensible. |

The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance for all the major sites of Paris and the staff was truly pleasant - a rarity in Paris. My complaints would be only what other before me had noticed - the rooms are small and the walls are thin. That being said the hotel is good value for money and I would stay there again. |

Location This is the first time I have had to submit negative comments on an hotel booked through Booking.com. The room was listed superior twin but was very small with inside view. the toilet was extremely small and uncomfortable. Reading the hotel facilities folder in the room it stated that there was a bar and snacks, no bar no snacks ! |

The morning manager was very kind and nice, even though was the end of our stay but still I appreciated the gesture. Well, due to flight delay we got to hotel kind of late, midnight, they had smoking room setup for us even though we requested a non-smoking, the individual did not change it, the room smell like cigeratte so bad, the manager in morning was suprise why they did not do that. well just remember not to check in so late. |

The free internet was extremely useful and the seating area in reception was very contemporary and welcoming. The staff on the front desk were incredibly polite and helpful, each having excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping out with directions to attractions. There are too many small rooms for complete comfort although this is understandable when a medieval property has been converted to a modern hotel. The lift is very small indeed. |

What a wonderful time we had at this hotel. We'll be staying Best Western in future. Down a quiet safe backstreet but only 3 min walk to Notre Dame the buzzing Latin Quarter with loads of great restaurants, shops, jazz clubs and bars. Metro straight to the airport on the blue line, so easy. When the maid in the morning knocked you have about 5 seconds till she came in! We thought it was funny but I'm sure others wouldn't - that's it! |

The location could not have been better! Surrounded by the Latin Quarter, easy walking distance to Notre Dame and three Metro stops. The only downside was that it is on a main street, St. Jacques, and you can hear every car, motorcycle, and police siren that drives by. |

The location is ideal for the Latin Quarter; great bars and relaxed restaurants all around. Perfect for starting all Seine-side walks. Room was classified 'superior double'. It was 10 foot square, a wall-facing window and the noise from adjoining rooms was a little too 'intimate'. Unsure what they think 'superior' means. To charge 15 euro/hour for Wi-Fi is extortionate and archaic. |

The location was ideal....very close to the metro for CDG airport and surrounding areas, a short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame, and lots of good varing restaurants at resonable prices just down the road. The staff were more than helpful and were great with advice on transport etc. The location was fantastic, but being in city the exterior noise could sometimes be loud (sirens etc) if the windows were left open. Normal due to the location. |

Pleasant hotel. Nicely situated. Reasonable room size for Parisian standards. Squeeaky clean modernized bathroom. And we had a room with a balcony and a view to the Notre Dame. What more can you ask for? Even though the service at breakfast was pleasant and friendly, the actual choice at the breakfast buffet was a little bit below standard. Especially the bread was surprisingly boring for a French Hotel. |

The hotel was relatively close to the attractions of Paris which we were able to walk to. It is only around the corner from the Italian quarter which is a lively and friendly area with lots of reasonable restaurants. |

The location was great, right in the heart of the latin quarter. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The rooms were simple and clean. The rooms and bathroom were extremely small, but this is to be expected in paris. The only problem we had was that we could hear our neighbors through the walls even if they were talking at a normal voice level. We did have some rowdy neighbors the first night who came back late and it was difficult to sleep with all the noise. |

Clean Everything is small, too small. Two adults will not fit in the lift, the bathroom is for children only, the shower is not for people over 175 cm height; don't bring a medium/big size luggage 'cause it won't fit in the room. The Wi-fi Internet (free) was not working for hours and the pc in the lobby was out of order. 25 minutes to check-out and I was the only guest at the desk! |

The staff were very pleasant, non-intrusive and happy to help. The location was excellent, a 2-minute walk to St.Michel where there were plenty of shops, restaurants, book shops and ice cream parlours. Metro was around the corner, most places are within walking distance though Nothing really special about the hotel, you get what you pay for. No real complaints about it though. |

The location was fabulous. Couldn't have been better. The woman at the front desk spoke great English and was extremely helpful. The rooms are very tiny. When we returned to the hotel for the second part of our visit, she offered to put us in a nicer room since our former room was taken. We assumed it was for the same price, but it was much, much more. We were stunned! |
