Very small room. Staff suggested a taxi to the station might not turn up due to proposed demonstrations in the city but no evidence of this and chauffeured car suggested by staff was more expensive

The location was excellent and the front desk staff was very accomodating.

Some of the housekeeping facilities were very limited. They never exchanged the glasses in the rooms. They did not have an extra pillow available. There was only one tray of ice available which the very pleasant desk staff person went to the kitchen to obtain for us. No more ice would become available until that tray was refilled and refrozen.

The courtesy of the staff & proximity to areas of interest

relationships with vendors (tour companies, taxi drivers) from which professional services were lacking - bordering on fraudulent. The Paris City Tour booked by hotel staff did not match brochure - much shorter than specified, rushing off stops. Hotel staff urged/booked "private" taxi for 80 euro to airport -- driver instead solicited additional riders for cab and charged double (160 euro total!)

Location , 2nd room allocated small but nice overlooking street.

No recepition staff when we arrived. Allocated a twin room, could only change change following day. Hotel locked when we returned on Ist night, pouring down with rain had to bang on door/ press buzzer until someone came.

It is well located in one of the cutural areas of Paris

Our rooms were on the 6th (top) floor. there is a 4 person lift. The rooms were a bit small but adequate for the length of our stay. Very clean with good bathroom facilitiesand comfortable beds. Hotel is a short walk from the Seine, Notre Dame and bus and metro stations.
