convenient parking, quick and easy booking in, maps of Tours noisy room (railway behind). Room needs updating. Can't have shower without soaking floor. room carpet dirty and stained - needs replacing. Smell of cigarette smoke in coridoor.WiFi didn't work. Personal message in envelope left on bed was stained. |

Excellent breakfast and easy car parking. The hotel was at a fixed temperature. It was hard to cool the room because if you opened the window it was very noisy as the train station is very close to the hotel. |

We were only staying in the hotel as a base for travelling to/from Bourges. The staff were good and helpful in answering any queries we had. I was charged 12 Euro for two bottles of still water and the buffet breafast was very, very basic. |

L'hotel donne sur la gare, jusqu'à 3h du matin on a entendu les trains passer . Pas de double vitrage contrairement à l'holiday Inn hotel concurrent jsute à coté que je connais aussi. En plsu les hotesses vous dients qu'à Minuit tout s'arrete....on a vriament pas l'impression d'etre pris au sérieux!!! |

Стандартный отель этой сети. Почему-то не было минибара, останавливались в нем 2 раза, и ни в одном номере не было холодильника (. Расположен далековато от центра, 20-25 мин пешком. Своя большая парковка, бесплатная. |

l'hôtel est bien équipé, les chambres sont comfortable. Même s'il l'hôtel se trouve en face de la gare de Tours, c'était très calme, à cause des doubles fêntres. Enfin le petit-déjeuner est excellent, il y a tous ce qu'il faut. |

probleme majeur : je n ai choisi cet hotel que parcequ il est sense avoir des lits pour bebe disponibles... et bien non. en tout cas pas ce soir et pas avec le receptioniste de nuit que j ai eu en face de moi. si j avais su, je ne serai pas alle la bas depenser le double de ce que ca merite pour une nuit (sans parler des chambres qui puent la cigarette!) |

La pulizia e il buon ordine in cui è tenuta la struttura e la cortesia del personale; molto buono anche il buffet della colazione. Il fatto che la maggior parte del personale parla poco e male l'inglese. |
