Excellent hotel. restaurant food was brilliant.
New and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. And very clean.
It is very far from the town center and railway station (if you don't have a car). Taxi is 20-25 euros ONE way.
For business travelers a great spot to stay. Approximately 20 Minutes to center of town. Food and service are good, pool was not heated
The welcome at the reception No parking issues Comfortable all round Lovely dinner and breakfast
Staff were very helpful and friendly- excellent value for money. Spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast.
Food was very limited for the children.
Very nice room Very clean Best value for money Swimming pool Very kind & halpful stuff
Warm welcome and friendly staff.
Drinks were very expensive compared to the rest of the area!!
Convenient location Excellent bed Pool Good value Clean Good parking
Limited restaurant selection (but not bad)
Rooms are spacious. Room cleaning excellent. Excellent customer service. Very family friendly. Being outside Tours not a problem as Tours itself is not the prettiest city.
Breakfast cutlery, crockery not fully clean. Swimming pool not heated so not an option unless very hot weather.
A bottle of Chinon 2009 despite the cost!
The food (lamb and couscous etc) in the restaurant was luke warm rather than hot. It was tasty, but I think it was too obvious that it was reheated too quickly. Give it another five minutes please.
Lejos del centro de Tours, una pena.
exceptionally well furnished, all new and modern hotel, with lovely family room. very comfortable Room was quiet delicious dinner Very friendly staff convenient location
Very expensive bar drinks Lack of tea bags in the room not enough towels for 4, but quickly rectified Outside pool was shut due to cooler weather when we visited
Tours was our first stop off in our journey from Folkestone to the Costa del Sol. After an exhausting day of delays to get on the channel tunnel train, further delays in the tunnel & queues at tolls the hotel was a welcome relief. Friendly welcoming staff, spotlessly clean hotel, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning & a great shower. We'd requested a quiet room & it was! Nice breakfast with plenty of options - and tea/coffee making facilities in the room too.
Nothing - it served our purposes very well.
Easy parking. Restaurant serves good food.
It was close to the motorway, making day trips easier. The rooms were comfortable with enough room to move. When we requested an ironing board and iron they were helpful and willing to oblige.
Although a few staff spoke English, sometimes the front desk was manned by non English speaking people. But in saying this, you are in France after all. Unless you have a GPS for your car it would be very hard to find.
The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Ideal stop on a drive up North from Spain. The meal was one of the nicest we had and the friendly girl at reception printed off our ferry tickets.
Location - this is an excellent place to stop en route to or from the channel ports to the south of France. Good restaurant and nice terrasse where you can eat dinner. Free Wi-Fi and parking.
Expensive breakfast (EUR15.90).
Room was lovely, beautiful lighting. Couch bed and tea and coffee facilities. It was great for a traveler. Tea and coffee is a real must without it I feel very unwelcome. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel had trolleys so didn't have to carry bags. Of course it was very clean, and to add to this, I did a thorough check as I had stayed in a hotel the previous two nights which was not clean. And I am glad to say our Mercure room was spotless.
Room was great, pool good and staff helpful.
Cleaning staff crashing about at 6.30am directly outside my room
Stylish decor everything looked brand new.rooms well designed and spacious.Good food.excellent location and easy to find after a long drive from the south.
I loved the food and service at the restaurant.
Everything was ok.
Welcoming for disability if advised in advance. Excellent staff in front house and restaurant. All very friendly and helpful.
