The room was clean and the breakfast excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very important service of the hotel: I have been able to leave the car in the garage during a trip by train to London |

Great location, really nice room - kind of maisonette There were mosquitoes and the toilet was downstairs (noisy, slippery, uncarpeted) from the bedroom |

the situation is really EXCELLENT The room was so NOISY and the ceiling was DIRTY : some mosquito were scratched everywhere.Sorry buy not acceptable for a 3 stars. |

Great location, took a late change to our booking and helped us No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. 1st room we had smelled badly of smoke. |

Location good. The room itself was decent and clean however the smell in the room was really bad, there must be something wrong with drainage at the hotel. Plus the staff was not that pleasant. |

Unfortunately the walls separating the rooms are not insulated. Hence can hear every sound from fellow guests - particularly the plumbing! |

Excellent location in Old Lille and within easy walking distance of the Christmas Market and shopping areas. Car parking was secure and underneath the hotel. |

Staff where brilliant.breakfast good too. Directions given on line by hotel where totaly hopeless.but once phoned hotel,after being lost three and half hours,staff gave perfect directions,and in english! |
