Great location, v friendly and helpful staff. It was a bit odd having the loo on the bottom floor of our room (3 person room) and breakfast was completely overpriced for what we got at 15 Euros per person. |

The great location of the hotel. Room is comfortable. The poor sense of service of the staff. They let us wait at the reception desk. They complain about the computer in front of the customers. The room shower was working but broken. |

Location for restaurants and shopping excellent and secure parking lovely breakfast good package deal Room basic and just in need of little decoration wardrobe in poor condition and not wide enough for hanging clothes fine as we only stayed one night but would not stay for more in that room |

central location with secure parking the duplex arrangement for our room was not very convenient - stairs up to the sleeping area and bathroom were very steep and narrow and the toilet was downstairs. |

It was in the prettiest are of town--the altstadt. I was happy they had a safe place to park the car. It was hard to find. |

convenience , clean room the hotel did not have my booking for my first night - they blamed you ---the free wi fi didn't work ---- the breakfast is too expensive 15 € |

The location was good, near shops and restaurants Mosquitoes in bedroom. We have stayed there twice & both times there was a problem with curtains/blinds. Bath waste mechanism faulty.On our most recent stay the breakfast was disappointing - poor choice and execrable coffee |

Reception staff were extremely friendly and gave good tips/directions for shops/attractions. A little new decoration/renovation would brighten the place up but, overall, perfect location for a city break. |

The room was clean and the breakfast excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very important service of the hotel: I have been able to leave the car in the garage during a trip by train to London |
