You get all you need
clean, comfortable and good location
we were on the fourth floor, and first night not a good sleep as noise from above
Good location within walking distance of attractions. Friendly staff and front desk. Room clean and quiet. Good selection of food for breakfast.
Nothing. Would reommend for other visitors to Tours
Comfortable hotel which was ideal for our overnight stop on the way to the Dordogne. Car parking was a bonus but tight with a big car, we had difficulty getting out! A few restaurants nearby and the old centre is about 15 minutes walk. The rooms were comfortable if a little on the small side for a triple room, breakfast was adequate as it was continental only and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The underground car park was extremely difficult to get out of, not so much the entrance/exit but at the bottom of the steep ramp inside. We have a Mk4 Mondeo Estate which is a very big long car which made it very difficult to get onto the ramp on the way out!
We traveled with three, so got one of the (new?) apartments, which was very nicely decorated, clean. Because we sat in the apartment we actually didn't get to experience any other facility of the hotel - went out for dinner and breakfast, all within walking distance of the town hall and nice square
I think the apartment was so new that staff didn't always think about it. Lots of confusion whether we did or didn't have a room in the hotel. The garage is an adventure, pretty steep and narrow. Personally I am ok with that, but could be a challenge for some...
The staff was very good and helpful. The room was clean. Hotel has an underground parking. It was a cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Location is close to historical center.
Everything was good; nothing negative to say.
Efficient, polite staff. 10 mins walk to the 'best bits' of Tours. Comfortable room, everything worked. Good breakfast (but not cheap). Pay & display parking opposite hotel.
Within easy walking distance of the centre. Comfortable beds, efficient and friendly staff.
Parking!! The entrance to the hotel underground car park (cost €9) was very narrow!! I expect a lot of guests will end up with damaged bodywork unless the have a fairly small car. We got away with it but be very careful!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with good quality furnishings. The man on reception was very polite and efficient and informed me of the car park. Underground car park is easy to access the rooms by the lifts. The hotel is a walk to the old city. Bus stop opposite hotel which is convenient. Unable to comment on breakfast as we did not have this there. Unfortunately the hotel bar was closed when we stayed there but plenty of bars and restaurants near old city and Hotel de Ville. The staff were very friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay there again.
Kind staff. A small but cosy and neat room. Good location. Sufficient breakfast.
If you know you cannot reserve a parking place, it is not a problem. After 19 o' clock till 9 in the morning you can park your car on the street, if you have a spot. They have a baby bed without mat. We stayed room 402 and there was a door without lock between room 402-403. A staff told us they would repare it, though be careful if you would stay in one of the rooms...
Location, garage, breakfast was OK.
Room was a bit small.
clean, quiet, nice bathroom, excellent access to bus service once we figured it out
staff not very helpful with advice on how to get to hotel from train station with luggage (no taxi). Could have explained bus service but did not.
Very friendly and helpful staff, I was made to feel most welcome.
Nothing, it was a great stay
The front office was very helpful The room was clean had extra pillows and warm blankets.
Nothing I enjoyed my stay very much
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms comfortable and clean and excellent choice of breakfasts. Location is good too. It is good to have a safe car park under the hotel.
