The location Comfy beds Helpful staff
Wifi some times hard to connect to. Lighting a bit dull.
love all perfect
Two of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful large bathroom with glimpse of the Eiffel tower.
Soft mattresses and we could hear the lifts so noisy even at night.
This hotel and the staff at the hotel was wonderful. Rooms were bright and airy and the hotel was maintained beautifully.
The only issue I had was the phone in the room, I could never reach the front desk.
Two members of the desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful decor. Superb location.
Noisy next to the elevator and mattress too soft for me. The minibar was not restocked after our first night.
Location. Really helpful and friendly staff. Bright, airy room.
Room very small side although it had everything you could need. It would have been too small for two guests.
1.perfect location(very near metro, near market and safe environment) 2. clean room condition and friendly staff
a refrigerator in my room was not working. I asked a staff to check the refrigerator and they checked it. But it was not working until I checked out.
Junior suite was very good and large enough for family, reception staff very helpful and friendly, very good location. I would suggest booking junior suite even if only two of you as double room is very small
Double room was way too small, impossible to move around for two people, no iron in the room however once asked receptionist brought it up within minutes
Very friendly staff.
Near to metro.near to eiffel tower.halal food and supermarket
House keeper not friendly and do not do their job.small room.interrupted internet
Walking distance to transportation and attractions
location is good, near metro, bus, carrefour city, restaurants. good service from staff. gained a lot of help from them. room is clean and well designed.
sound proof might not that good, i can hear the rain drop outside my window, and water flowing inside the pipe behind my bed wall.
The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are very nice. This was my first stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.I had a unexpected guest arrive , and the hotel was able to switch rooms for me at the last minute, and considering it was a very busy weekend, this was very much appreciated
The staff were very nice and the hotel was great. We got upgraded to a junior suite which was perfect for our family of four. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Paris!!
Awesome high quality boutique hotel. Room was excellent and breakfast was great too. Location great as just a short walk to Eiffel Tower, The Seine and the subway. Highly recommended.
Nothing, was excellent.
The only hotel we found that had air condition. Most of the staff spoke English. Very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. Quiet in the evening. Walking distance to all the main attractions, if not the bus system was located on the next block. Definitely would stay here again
We had one staff that did not speak English. When the entire 4th floor's lights went out his response was sorry janitor will come. Lights weren't out for long but you do need light to see anything in the room. ( black out caused by someone had overloaded the circuits) The rooms are very very small. Bathroom is very small. Lastly, it would have been great if the staff could be more helpful with the tourist attractions, they were clueless with suggestions.
I have a last minute gift tag along with me on my trip the hotel was extremely accommodating
I went here with my girlfriend for one night and I liked it a lot. Very nice hotel, very discret, I loved everything.
I like the staff Anna Marie, she prepared breakfast for me very nice and kind, friendly, but she will move to le bourdonnais at tea room, i think i can visit her to the new place where she work.
i have the room not enough good for view, i am already have note before to ask the hotel prepared the room with the nice view
Minibar did not work, asked to have it looked at & never was. We were told by receptionist that a shuttle bus will come and pick us up for the total price of 60 euros to take us to the airport for our flight home. We waited for the shuttle bus, only to have a taxi come which was charging 180 euros. No responsibility was taken for this by staff, who continued to repeat 'no, they must have said 160 euros, you didn't understand', which was frustrating. The staff then tried to get rid of us and get us to use the taxi by lying and telling us there was no other way to get to the airport. He pretended to look online for us, and said that a bus would cost the same price and there would be none until late, and that there was no train. We looked into this ourselves and realised he was lying, so we took the bus for 17 euros each. We were shocked that this misunderstanding or lack of care was dealt with so unprofessionally.
room was tiny, bathroom door didm open properly and would bang into my bed.
The location was wonderful and not too far from the Metro and lots of cafes. The room was absolutely wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice tub and shower. The bathroom was actually large for Paris hotels. And lastly, the view of the city from our terrace was wonderful. I loved how we could open the window/doors and lay in bed looking out on the city. This was the only four-star place we stayed at while in France and I wouldn't take it back! We loved Le Tourville.
For the most part the staff was very helpful, but the staff tended to be different every night. Some were very helpful, others couldn't help make any recommendations on where to eat. Its not a big deal, but it would have been nice for the staff to help us with recommendations. But, the staff all spoke good english, no problems there.
Furniture was new; confortable bed; nice staff
I asked for a quiet room, but it was in front of the lift and at the first flooe with noise coming from the street; the room are not sufficciently soundproof
