The location. The rooms, lobby, etc. were nice and well kept. Our Internet connection sometimes had problems in the room we were in. It was fixed. The TV picture wasn't good and it wasn't fixed. We were offered another room but didn't feel like moving. It was a nice offer. |

Overpriced for lack of services. Breakfast should definately be included. It is a basic service hotel. The location near Luxembourg gardens is fantastic. Price for few services. Some desk clerks were great, some were not helpful. |

The convenience of the hotel was great, near a metro which goes straight to the airport and near shops and bars, the river and a lovely park with easy, quick access to the various sites. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I would go back. We would have like some English language channels on the television for when we returned to change before going out in the evening, but not very important. Softer mattress and extra bedding/pillows would've been nice to have in the rooms, but when asked at reception the staff did provide them promptly. |

Reception staff very helpful. Hotel clean and up to date. I felt safe staying by myself.I stayed at the back of the hotel which was quiet. Breakfast was sufficient and very relaxed. Walls are thin, I could hear people going in and out of rooms, it sounded like they were trying to get into my room. I could hear my neighbour on the phone. However I would use the hotel again. The location was perfect for my needs |

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, the location is close to main touristic attractions. I find the hotel appropariate for tourism and business purposes and generaly for short stays. I had to return twice from the room door to the reception, to reset the key card, which was desactivated. It was annoying the second time, same day. |

The staff speak very good English and very helpful in accommodating our needs. They allow an extra person with extra bed for 25 Euro per day. (We originally booked a triple room. My husband decided to join us for a few days. It was quite difficult to book a hotel room that can accommodate 4 people). The complimentary coffee and tea was also great. This hotel is in an excellent location, close to metro station and restaurants. The corridor on every floor was very dark with limited lighting, quite uncomfortable. We thought the lights were out. We only found out the night before we left that we have to turn on the corridor lights ourselves. It will be nice if they have some sensor that can turn on the light automatically. |

It's close to several metro stations and a good number of restaurants nearby. There was always at least 1 staff memeber who spoke English (if you get stuck) and in the surrounding restaurants the waiter/waitress normally spoke enough English so you can order food easily. |

The location is great, just next to the main station and close to interesting sites. The hotel itself is an interesting experience and a refreshment among all the usual buissness hotels in the price catagory. The hotel is located next to the railway and if you have a room to that side it can be pretty noisy. |

The location was excellent. The triple room i stayed was refurbished recently. I put things inside the safety box and for my surprise the box wasnt attached to the wall, somebody could take it to anywhere. Why someone would need a safety box that could be stolen entire? The elevator is very small, not support more then 2 persons. |

I was very pleased with the Hotel. I stayed with a friend in a twin beds room. The room and the bathroom were a bit small, but not too small nor crowded. It was air-conditioned and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent - right on boulevard Saint- Michel, near the gardens of Luxembourg, with good access to the rer and Metro, and within a walking distance from sites like the Louvre and Notre Dame. The breakfast was expensive. True, I would have paid the same price and more for an open buffet of this kind on the street, but a simpler breakfast of coffee, orange juice and Croissant or the like costs 7 euro at the very most in a cafe, and is was more than enough for us. Another thing is that the bath was very high, uncomfortable to climb in and danngerous to climb out. Not suitable at all for children, old people, short people or anyone who has physical limitations. |

Location isn`t everything. Even in booking.com you`ll find a large number of better offers in the vicinities than this unpleasent Best Western. This is a 8 floor building overdivided in order to acomodate as many people as possible. Hence, theres a overcrowded feel to it, and the overworked staff are somewhat stressed and not very helpful. The room was very small and the bathroom lilliputian. The towels in the bathroom had a funny oily smell to then. The luggage depot door was open most of the time without any real surveillance. I got in and out to collect my lugagge without being noticed by the clerk. As for the free wi-fi, that would have been a nice touch, only if it worked. |

good location but very hard to find. There are four Best Westerns in the Latin Quarter and the other ones didn't know where this one was. The sign outside does not say Best Western. The girl at the front desk checked me in and gave me the key to a room that had people in it. It was horrible. I opened the door and there were people in their beds. She was very unfriendly. There was no type of carrier for luggage and I had to lug my own luggage up and down and up and down to the elevator which was very small. |

Staff are helpful and friendly. The room's tiny and the room they picked for me face a backyard and the windows of other rooms. They claimed it's based on my request of a quiet room... |
