The location is good and the rooms are very comfortable.
The wifi signal didn't reach my room at the end of the hall so I had to sit in the lobby to access the internet. This was inconvenient as I was in Paris on business and needed to stay plugged in to things at home. How hard would it really be to boost the signal!
The hotel was very accessible and centrally located
The breakfast option wasn't encouraging. Buffet wasn't being replenished
everything about the hotel was exactly as described. very comfortable hotel and close to all the main sights and atractions
The color of the room' black and red.
Location all it has going for it, and location is average at best
Dirty room Filthy bathroom, old soaps left lying on floor.. "Complimentary" bottle of water in the room empty on arrival. Questioned this with staff was told to fill it up with water from the tap! Also a note on the bottle saying if we wished to purchase the glass bottle as a souvenir it would be €18!!!
Good central location to all tourist spots. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, lovely decor and very clean
The very small bathroom!
the cosiness of the room and the whole hotel. the warm colors in the rooms. The location near the Luxembourg, St. Michel, St Germain, Odeon, having the choice of 3 metros and one bus right next door direction Cité, Hotel d Ville, Marais.
the tiny bathroom.
Very very small room, can't call it hotel room, not acceptable by any means. Awful feedback from front that this is what we have if u bigger room, need to add money and get double room, couldn't walk straight inside room, really unacceptable
Although the hotel is rated a 4 stars, the first room we got given was miniscule for two people to the point it was claustrophobic to stay in there. There was hardly any light in the room and in the bathroom the shower was broken, there was no ventilation and practically not enough space to even lift your arms to wash your hair in the shower cubicle. After complaining we got moved to a bigger room however the temperature of the shower water couldn't be regulated, the bed linen was dirty and the heating also could not be regulated. I got the room in a package saying it was cheaper but i would warn others against this since you may be better off going in a cheaper and simpler hotel which may actually provide you with what they say will be available.
The view from our bedroom was amazing. Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night.
Room for 3 of us was very small & cramped. Should not really have been for 3! Considering the fairly recent refurbishment it was a little tired and not spotlessly clean. The lift up, which was not all the way was so small and still had stairs to climb. The kettle had to be put on the floor to boil as the lead wasn't long enough!
Localization is good.
Hotel has an old structure, it would not be a problem at all if it was not for the tiny elevators (1 person + suitcase) and the fact that we were given a bedroom on the 7th floor, but we had to get off the elevator on the 6th floor and go upstairs with our heavy suitcases and a child. No one from the reception went upstairs to offer any help. The worst wifi ever, lost connection all the time. Heating system did not work in bedroom! we were given a portable heater on the 2nd day after requesting for repairing the heater. Noises coming from all around, from other bedrooms and it was hard to sleep. Look for somewhere else in Paris to stay.
Staff was very friendly and punctual. Location was good, hotel also.
Just about everything.
Poor quality room service food. Worst I have had anywhere really.
Staff were helpful, friendly and let my daughter practice her french Room was comfortable and well decorated. Bathroom very clean and good shower. excellent location for walking to main attractions and jsut soaking up the atmosphere of the area.
We were next to the service lift which was a little noisy at night. The main lift is very tiny - not an issue for us as we took the stairs, but if you had to use the lift, it could be snug
top floor nice view
Quiet, wifi was good
Staff weren't too friendly Cleaners entered without knocking whilst I was showering luckily I wasn't traveling alone. Poor room lighting
Loved the location. The room was small but I didn't expect it to be otherwise. Reception staff were very helpful.
A bit noisy at nights but in the centre of Paris that's to be expected.
View from our 7th floor room.
Teeny elevator and two flights of steps to get to the room.
Style of hotel
Noise from road outside. Noise from other rooms.
The reception staff were extremely helpful especially Jasmine.
The bathroom was very, very small. Hardly any space to move around. Expected something better for breakfast for the amount of money spent.
Location is good Breakfast was good value Good arrangement for shuttle bus service to CDG
WIFI was very poor Value for money rated fair as the place needs a bit of a face lift. Lift is small and slow Room is small and crowded
Location was good hotel staff friendly .
We stayed in room 204 which is very dated . I did not complain at the time for various reasons but the room was smelly from damp, which the air condition unit was dripping on the carpet. When having a shower the floor would get flooded because there was not enough of a shower screen. Would have been nice to have a bar at night for a drink.
Very good and comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location.
Small room, tired facilities, slow wifi, a little bit poor breakfast.
