It was a 'special offer' price - thus facilities excellent in relation to price guests have to walk through the reception & lounge area (in bathrobes) to get to the swimming pool - lift not working. |

Location and service, which is like nothing else in France. Simply fabulous. Thanks to booking.com for the unbelievable rate of 154 euros/night. The food at La Veranda is just so good. |

Great pool, good terrace restaurant- even though the main one was closed, excellent porter staff and welcome. Yes, the checking in staff could not find our reservation on their computer. I had not taken the booking number and our name is very unusual.But eventually they found it after a twenty minutes delay. They gave us an upgrade to a Junior Suite for the inconvenience.....so all was well in the end! |

It was near the event I was attending so few minures walk to return hotel which was good Everything was so so slow. Wait for food 30 minutes, wait to finish checking-in for 30 minutes. |

I liked the location, seemed like part of the Versailles park. Very nicely decorated hotel and frendly personel. I was dissapointed that we where able to bye a package which included use of the hammam and the hammam was not open. I tried to make reservations for the spa treatments through the hotel web site and nobody answered to me that the spa was closed. In the end I managed to get a massage. This was supposed to be a special treat for me, weekend in the spa with the cultural aspects of the Versailles cas |

location. concierge Gardens unkept. I know there was reservation work going on but surely some areas ie outside the dining room, should have been manicured. Lifts were faulty. Terrible. My husband was twice trapped in the lift. Thankfully for not too long. Some of the restaurant staff were very distant. It seemed that anything we asked for was too much. One really grumpy faced girl....too important to serve!!!!! |
