Convenient location to railway station and tram/bus network. Although breakfast was an extra at €6, I found this adequate and a covenient way to start the day. A basic hotel at a basic price was fine for me on my own. Often there was a bad smell getting into the en-suite facilities from elsewhere. Lack of facilities in room to make a drink of tea/coffee. Room was small but clean. Having booked hotel several weeks prior to arrival, I was confused to beasked to pay the whole bill the night before leaving - I had thought that they would have taken the room fee automatically on arrival day. This has made me very uncomfortable, I now have to remember which card I made the booking on and to contact them to ensure that I am not charged twice. This procedure is unsatisfactory & very worrying. |

Position - very convienient for station, transfer bus to airport, tram stop for town centre & sea front. Also very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Reception staff were friendly & helpful Area was a bit "dodgy" at night. Would not like to come back in the dark on my own(female) |

It was very comfortable to travel around due to convenient location of the hotel directly near the railway and bus stations and not far from shops. there is nothing to dislike about the hotel itself, but it was rather scary to walk around late in the evening. |

Convenient location near the main railway station; good breakfast; very clean; nice room. Night-time access a bit unpleasant because of nearby sex shops etc. |

Excellent location for public transport tram, bus and rail with a 3 minute walk for the 99 airport bus. The area is lively (and loud!) at night and it was good to be able to shut the windows as it was air-conditioned. I'd love to stay there again. |

Only one block from the main thoroughfare and 3 blocks from the tram to the beach, so there's hardly a neighborhood problem (once you learn the route at least). Near railroad. Good hotel especially for the price. |

Convenient location for both railway station and city centre, but still fairly well secluded and quiet. Room was comfortable and clean (if a little compact). |

It's close distance to Gare Nice Ville is the best selling point as the hotel is situated just across few streets. It's definitely a place for budget stay with lots of conveniences. |

good location, train station nearby. everyday clean towels. staff friendly, spek english. very noisy, room very small, but it was quiet ok. room was very basic, no facilities, but it was ok too. i wouldn't choose this hotel for vacation, cause it has only basic facilities and it would annoy me everytime i come back from the beach. |

It was a very convenient hotel in an excellent location, walking distance from the train station. Close to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. Nice to have wi-fi. |

Although quite a walk to the beach it was only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Good value for money in an interesting part of town. Even though the bathroom had been renovated it still only had a hand held shower in a very narrow bath. Not the best for us more mature ladies! |

Very central location, but the street itself looks a bit seedy. Clean rooms, the one I stayed in was also very spacious. The staff were a bit brusque but were efficient |

Nice staffs, cheap, close to the station. Big and clean room with air conditioner. You always have to drop your room key at the reception when you go out, but they don't even ask your names or anything when you come back and get the key, that means anyone could get your room key. We didn't feel safe at all. There was a safe in the room though. Another thing is there was no place to hang the towels in the bathroom, and the drain system was bad. |
