The hotel is located in the heart of Nice, near the main train station and stores. The beach and old city are only 900 metres away.

Trocadero features renovated rooms spread on 4 storeys. Some of the rooms even feature a balcony. The devoted staff provide a warm welcome all year round and they will help you organise your stay and make the most f it, and discover the sumptuous surrounding area (walks or car rental).

Friendly and helpful reception staff and cleanliness

exposed wires in bathroom and poor condition of ceiling in bathroom. No towel rails. Was a loud noise (like a fan motor) all night.

Handy to train and tourist buses. Breakfast good value.

The room could have had a chair or two and a picture on the wall to make it a little less cell like. A hook in the shower to hang the towel would have been handy also

Location near the railway station. Price. Free wifi. Quietness.

The bed was too short. I'm tall (187 cm) but not exceptionally tall. There was no shampoo provided by the hotel. (I didn't expect tiny bottles at this price. I expected a bolted-to-wall dispenser, though.)

Nothing concerning the hotel it is noisy unfriendly in a bad area the rooms are really small the towels not changed regularly no shampoo etc

there was nothing good about it it should have been a £10 a night hotel

Very close to the train station. This was very convenient to go around the Cote d'Azur.

The room was minute, the mattress was terrible (my girlfriend and I ended up with a stiff neck!), no pillows, no soap, very noisy, horrible area around the hotel.

The Double room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very good. there was a small problem with the shower but the staff remedied the problem quickly and without any fuss. The location of the hotel was great , 10 min walk to old part of Nice.

The inner part of the hotel is quite new with elevator. Very close to the SNCF station. The bathroom is clean. The room with air-conditioning.

The shower area is very small

Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English, room was fairly spacious, very close to Gare de Ville and just off main road

Very noisy, Air conditioner control available only from desk. We looked directly into a tall block of ill kept apartments, the rubbish truck woke us in the wee hours. Beds were rock hard.

the area around, close to the station and the beach, and many restaurants around

The room cleaning was not good enough, the bed sheets were not changed for the three nights and the internet connection was not working most of the time.
