Excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. Very quiet yet walking distance to town and tourist attractions. Ideal for families.

The carpet seemed a bit worn and shower screen didn't stay in position but not a major problem.

We really enjoyed the seclusive location and the business facilities. The room is comfortable . we like the window view of the green trees. The services were excellently.

The hotel was very close to tour eiffel. The lady in the reception is very positive and trying to assist as much as possible.

The variety of the breakfast was quite good, however the tables were not cleaned up during the meal and the plates were not taken away for a long time. Though it said that there is free internet in rooms, there is no proper internet connection. You need to go to the cafe to get wireless connection. Than the tea and coffee service is given but the plates are not taken away all the day.

I liked the hotel staff. Very friendly and responsive. Our room (№ 5) was good, rather comfortable with big beds and big TV.

The only thing we didn`t like was ants in the room espessially in the bathroom. And we can`t smoke in the room.

This was fantastic for us as we have 2 small children, 3and 6 years. The family room we booked had bunk beds and a double bed crucially behind sliding doors so it was like 2 rooms and there was a landing area with separate bathroom and loo. The room was really large, especially for Paris. We walked from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower in less than 20 mins. I would really recommend this as a family room and we will definitely book it again if we go back to Paris.

Luke warm water for my early morning shower, Room service delay (40 minutes for a sandwich) Wifi not working and some ports blocked on the hardware connection

Personnel were friendly and helpful, the location suited our needs, parking was available (though I would like to be able to reserve it ;-( ), the room was great for a family - though having a seperate toilette would be better. The mattrass was good. It was quiet for Paris.

The room desperately needed renovation - the carpet was filthy, wall paper was peeling off the walls with mold underneath, the bathtub was stained and the tiles dingy. The room smelled badly.

This hotel is reasonably close to public transport and places of interest. A very short walk to the top of the street will reveal a view of the Eiffel Tower. A comfortable clean hotel with staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Difficulty in settling our stay's bill. I wasn't able to pay the evening before (even though I was checking out about 5a.m.) due to 'computer being unable to process before midnight'. At check-out the amount being charged was much more than quoted via booking.com. In the end the correct amount was charged but I didn't need the hassle when my time was valuable as I had an international train to catch. There was no beverage-making facilities and my mother was charged 4 Euro for a staff member to make her a cup of tea from a tea bag.

Although basic and needed a bit of updating, it was a nice hotel and suited our needs. Quick response to requests - extra pillow required and leak in bathroom fixed promptly.
