location is so great!
room is too small
old small elevator small room no parking
- LOCATION IS GREAT - FRIENDLY STAFF - GREAT ADVICE FOR SIGHTSEEING
- WIFI WAS QUITE SLOW
Great location for the price
Beggars in the doorway, urinating in the street - a problem widespread in Paris and apparently not being addressed by Police
I liked the location
Very noisy as it was a window to the street and noises all night
The staffs were excellent and helpful. The location was very good just infront of metro.
The toilet did not work and no enough water in the shower and the remote control for the television is brokened. Wi fi inside the room was very slow.
Rooms are too small for two people Price is too high for the hotel quality
Location, very close to Metro and LÓpera regionAll the satf was great (specialy the Spanish speakers)
When e arrived the room 309 has a bed in very bad conditions(dirty and mattress was ruined). The Hotel gave us 2 superior rooms for the all stay (good response)
The staff is extremely good and helpfull. The location of the hotel was good, in front of the metro station...however the premises were very old, the air conditioning was not cooling enough and the elevator was not working when we arrive...the breakfast was very expensive.
Everything was very good. Really enjoyed the experience
The location of the hotel, right in front of a metro station
It was summer and the air conditioning did not work well... We requested a family room which has two separate rooms, however the main room did not have T.V.
The location was excellent, just steps from the Metro. There were also many dining options nearby. As expected, the room was the size of a postage stamp, with matching bath, but both were clean. The night clerk (an elderly gentleman) was a credit to the hotel, as opposed to the clerk that checked us in.
I specifically requested a twin bed room, but when we went to check in, we were told that we could only have a queen bed room for the first 2 nights before a twin would be available for the 3rd night. By not guaranteeing your choice of room, the hotel staff (and not you, the customer) determines who wins and who loses upon arrival, and we lost. In addition, the air conditioning was not working in the hotel (Paris in July!), so our room was stifling hot. If it hadn't been for a sympathetic night clerk who gave us a fan, we would have suffocated. Also, internet service was nonexistent in our room; we had better luck by going down to the lobby. As a result of all of this, we cancelled nights 2 and 3, and stayed elsewhere. Book this hotel at your own risk!
The people at the desk did help with taxis and recommended restaurants, etc.
We had 3 young children (7,5 & 3) and thought the family room would suit us. We had travelled around many countries and places and all had accepted us in one family room. This hotel did not and made sure we had to reserve another room which was an added and in our view unnecessary expense. In the family room, they only had 1 sachet of coffee and 1 sachet of tea, neither of which was replaced the following day. The wifi needs extra boosters
Location was great, it was very clean and the staff were friendly with good English. Good hotel for the price.
Great location, friendly staff, clean and equipped rooms.
Location Staff Cleanliness
- Location is very comfortable, very close to the centre of paris - Room is cleanliness
- The lift is doensn't work in two days when we stay. It make me felt don't like - Rooms are little small - View of Window are bad. They are forward to a large hole where there are many machine of this hotel. It make me felt hot and uncomfortable
The location is good. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The room is too small.
Excellent location, metro stop right at the door,
Mix up in the bed set up when brought to there attention they seemed to have been lost, then on the night before our check out we were told they would accommodate us by changing room,,, they had not even realized that we were checking out the following morning, felt the staff was not to alert, although friendly
I like the attitude of the leady in the reception she is very good in taking responsibility and solving problem during our check out on 30 may 14 .
No wifi during , And the guy during our check out he add the balance in the bill around 120 euro .
Staff were very friendly and courteous. Especially the 2 gentlemen at front desk were awesone with their smile and service. The location was in the heart of paris. Overall Awesome.
WIFI was down, thus I was not able to access to emails and messages thru my laptop.
The staff is tremendous here! Especially a young man named David who works at the desk. Great location next to some real happening bars!
The room was very small (as to be expected in Paris) and it lacked any view. It also did not have a working AC. However, still a very good value for the money.
Staff was very friendly and the service in general was good. The location is awesome.
At the first night we couldn't sleep because the room was extremely hot, and when you open the window there's a crazy noise. The next morning they upgraded us to a family room which was good.
very helpful and polite staff, very clean and easy to find
bit noisy at night
Location was very good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
We were given a double bed room although we have made reservation for a twin room in the beginning of our stay. The staff told us it is arranged according to availability. He recommended us to check the situation the next day. Luckily they could transfer us to a twin room for the rest of our stay. The brakfast was very expensive, 19 Euros per person
