The tranquility of the room at night and the efficient heater At breakfast there was no fat free yogourt and the grapefruit juice was definitely past its best also the tv was playing too loudly at breakfast did it really have to be on ?

It was very convenient for the town and beaches. It was quiet the navette passed which was very good and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating The hotel car park would not take my car, but none of the car parks in town would take it either they are all too low.

Location really.. Guy on the front desk at night was extremely rude as we were coming and going.....major thorn in his side...when we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready...no apology what so ever just told to come back....

Really liked the friendly staff. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The location is really good.The design of the rooms was very unusual and nice. The staff were really helpful. Would have liked a bar or social area in the hotel. It was wet on one day and it would have been nice to go somewhere other than the foyer. We really liked the hotel

The hotel is in a very central location, just 5-10 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, bars etc and 10-15 mins from beach. The pool and outside space was very relaxing and the breakfast had good choice for a continental breakfast. The room, although nicely decorated was a bit small which made it quite hot and stuffy. Without air-conditioning, it would be nice to open windows but due to the location of the hotel on a busy street, the traffic is too noisy to do so.

The room was clean, smart and comfortable. The location was excellent and close to the centre of Biarritz and underground secure parking was available. A big bonus was the outdoor pool. No air conditioning in the exceptionally hot weather and only a shower, no bath.

Le personnel est souriant, trés agréable. La chambre était trés confortable, trés propre. Le centre ville à quelques minutes à pied donc pas besoin de voiture. Le restaurant est trés bon. Nous y retournerons surement.

accueil, déco, emplacement l'eau chaude met 1/4 d'h a arriver au robinet de la salle de bain dans notre chambre au 3° étage... hallucinant !! cela entraine également des bruits d'écoulement dans les canalisations et ce, très tot le matin ...

L'accueil 24/24, la déco des chambres, la literie moelleuse et ferme, les draps doux... un vrai plaisir ! A notre arrivée la réceptionniste dit tout fort le prix de la chambre et le fait que je l'avais eu "en promotion"... pas très classe devant ma copine !

Pour un séjour à Biarritz, cet hôtel est très bien situé (à 5-10 minutes à pieds de la plage centrale). Les tarifs restent raisonnables. La chambre est propre et confortable. C'est très agréable de dormir dans un grand lit (160 cm de large) ! Le prix du petit déjeuner : 12 € / personne.

Propreté de la chambre. Excelllent chaffage.Insonorisation de la chambre trés correcte.La possibilté de stationnement de la voiture en sous-sol mais payant.Les petits déjeuners copieux. L'absence d'un second siège. Prendre son petit déjeuner en chambre devient peu agréable. Il faut demander pour avoir en chambre un petit déjeuner copieux.Prix élevé et manque de régularité dans ce service.

Qualité de l'accueil et disponibilité du personnel. Chambre refaite récemment. Pour le sol moquetté : Couloir et chambre au couleur arc en ciel, orange et blanc pour la salle de bain que nous avions. Couleurs bien choisies et harmonieuses, esthetiques et reposantes. Petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne (mais nous étions en Week end avec peu de client dans l'hôtel).
