Overall this was an excellent value for money Hotel for Biarritz.During our stay the weather was exceptionally warm and the fact they had a well maintained pool and sun loungers was a real bonus The rooms did not have airconditioning so in order to try and keep the room cooler we opened the windows but unfortunately the traffic noise then became an issue. |

Close proximity to beach and town. Easy access to motorway out of town Small room, fence round swimming pool. (I think that this is mandatory in France) |

Paper cups are not acceptable and they could be dangerous with hot liquids. Internet facility should have a computer because not everyone brings a laptop on holiday. |

Pleased with Hotel. On balance it suited our requirements at a reasonable price. I did think a changing facility near swiming pool would have walking through reception but not a big problem. |

A bargain hotel, very well placed for the beach and the town centre. The room was clean although basic but we expected that! The breakfast was excellent and the staff were wonderfully helpful - they let us check in at 10am! I would return to this hotel - no question. |

Location very good close to the centre of town. Outside pool and seating area very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast varied and good quality. The bar area wasn't set up in a relaxed environment. A corner of the restaurant isn't the best location for an evening night cap and relax before going to bed. Breakfast finishing time to early at 9.30 am. |

Location was ok, 10 min walk to city center and boardwalk/boulevard of Biarritz. No airco, lot of street noise, every two days they pick up the garbage at 06h00 in the morning with a lot of noise while you have to keep the doors open for some cooling from the outside air... Horrible noise, wakes you up way too early for sure, superior room is just a standard room but just renovated...(still no airco!) |
