This was our second visit to Biarritz. We stayed in this hotel before and had no reason to look elsewhere. It is conveniently located, clean and well equipped and no unnecessary 'frills'. It's conveniently situated if you get the bus to and from the airport. Staff are friendly. Just one observation. Last year we found the restaurant excellent. This year the menu was not as good and the main courses were not freshly cooked, they were microwaved, we could hear it. I think there may be a different chef since our last visit. |

Location in city center, close to the beach Very, very noisy with nuisance from the road even in the middle of the night. Small rooms, dirty carpets, no hair dryer. |

The breakfast buffet is good value for money. The hotel looks very nice from the outside although it can be a bit difficult to find. The room was very dowdy, with dirty carpeting and filthy bed covers. The bathroom needed remodeling. |

Convenient position for Airport and access to the city/beaches. Nice pool and garden area. The fountain in the nearby roundabout was very noisy at night and rooms overlooking this cannot have the windows open. This must be very difficult during really hot weather. I did request a room overlooking the pool to avoid this, but this did not happen. |

Quite nice budget hotel with lovely pool. Easy access to town area and restaurants. Good secure underground car parking. Noisy position on roundabout & opposite to supermarket taking early morning deliveries. |

It had some outside space to sit in, and was close to the town centre and beaches breakfast service finishes at 9.30am, not much storage for clothes, no fan in room or A/C, and impossible to open window due to traffic noise |

Availability of the on site swimming pool and the excellent quality of the evening meals in the resteraunt and also the closeness to town centre and public transport. Stains in the carpet in the bedroom, corridor and reception. This givesa a very poor first impression of the hotel. |

clean hotel, centrally located, efficient and friendly staff set on busy main road so intrusive traffic noise with the windows open, too hot with the windows closed, would be much better with air con |

I only stayed one night and just had breakfast at the hotel.I liked the nearness to resort/airport and available parking. Lack of aircon. and noise from traffic. Deliveries are made to nearby supermarket early in the morning. |

Hotel is ideal for Families who want a quiet area to stay in. You do not want to stay in room 101 as the supermarket opposite starts getting deliveries at 4am and does not stop until after 8. The truck drivers do not turn off their engines and as you have no air conditining this room is the noisiest in the hotel you want a room out back by the pool. |

The location was great, within walking distance from the centre and right next to free parking all day. Air conditionning would have been good for the summer temperatures during the night |

Central location and good price compared with other hotels We asked for reserved parking for our motor bike but the car park was already full when we arrived so we had to pay on the public parking outside |

Very convenient for airport and flight next morning. Desk staff very helpful in locating petrol station for refuelling hire car. Not clear when booking online that car park space should have been booked at same time, so that on arrival there were no spaces in hotel car park. |

Fine. It was just an overnight stay. Not really although I think it's a bit costly. Some rooms near the fountain can be noisy (water and traffic) if you need to keep your window open... |

The location of the hotel is only minutes away from the town centre but enough to be away from noise A little bit dated, needs to be brought up to todays decor and attention to detail. |

Overall this was an excellent value for money Hotel for Biarritz.During our stay the weather was exceptionally warm and the fact they had a well maintained pool and sun loungers was a real bonus The rooms did not have airconditioning so in order to try and keep the room cooler we opened the windows but unfortunately the traffic noise then became an issue. |

Close proximity to beach and town. Easy access to motorway out of town Small room, fence round swimming pool. (I think that this is mandatory in France) |

Paper cups are not acceptable and they could be dangerous with hot liquids. Internet facility should have a computer because not everyone brings a laptop on holiday. |
