The tranquility of the room at night and the efficient heater At breakfast there was no fat free yogourt and the grapefruit juice was definitely past its best also the tv was playing too loudly at breakfast did it really have to be on ?

Good location, as it was 4-5 minute walk into centre of town, less than 10 minutes to nearest beach! The room was small but very decorated and extremely clean! It did not have air conditioning in the room. This wasn't a major problem in September but in middle of summer, I imagine this wouldn't be pleasant!

I didn't like the egg-boil machine. It costs a lot of time for me as visitor, and the eggs are to hot to handle when they are boiled! The old fashion way with eggs in a basket already boiled is a lot better!!!

It was very convenient for the town and beaches. It was quiet the navette passed which was very good and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating The hotel car park would not take my car, but none of the car parks in town would take it either they are all too low.

Tulip inn had Friendly staff. Idealy located beside shop and bus stop and walking distance to all areas. Short distance to airport. Great contenental breakfast and a swimming pool to just chill out. There was no air con and the room seemed a bit small at first but this seemed to be the norm in other hotels our friends were staying in.

Location really.. Guy on the front desk at night was extremely rude as we were coming and going.....major thorn in his side...when we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready...no apology what so ever just told to come back....

Really liked the friendly staff. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The location is really good.The design of the rooms was very unusual and nice. The staff were really helpful. Would have liked a bar or social area in the hotel. It was wet on one day and it would have been nice to go somewhere other than the foyer. We really liked the hotel

The hotel is in a very central location, just 5-10 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, bars etc and 10-15 mins from beach. The pool and outside space was very relaxing and the breakfast had good choice for a continental breakfast. The room, although nicely decorated was a bit small which made it quite hot and stuffy. Without air-conditioning, it would be nice to open windows but due to the location of the hotel on a busy street, the traffic is too noisy to do so.

The room was clean, smart and comfortable. The location was excellent and close to the centre of Biarritz and underground secure parking was available. A big bonus was the outdoor pool. No air conditioning in the exceptionally hot weather and only a shower, no bath.

Nous avons loué un appartement qui est très spacieux et très agréable avec une terrasse ; Cette solution nous convenait bien car nous pouvions faire la cuisine et n'étions pas obligés de dîner dehors tout le temps.
