J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très bruyant la nuit. Les chambres étaient très mal insonorisées. J'ai pu entendre discuter les clients dans le couloir et surtout les claquements de portes dans les autres chambres. Une vraie déception pour un trois étoiles à 78 euros la nuit sans petit déjeuner.

Accueil et disponibilité sans aucune réserve , c'est très agréable Pour un rapport qualité prix de la chambre très correct ( même à tulle où les prix des hotels sont bas ) , j'observe un mauvais rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner qui manque absolument de produis frais malgré un cout élévé.

Gentillesse du personnel même si le pb de connection informatique n'a pu être résolu avec lui. Situation centre ville. Parking incertain dans un parc public. Connection wifi infructueuse et pas de poste accessible en remplacement.

Gewoon een degelijk 3sterrenhotel , uitstekend gelegen midden in het centrum nabij aantal goede horecazaken. Kamers konden iets properder, badkamer was wel dan weer kraaknet. Personeel was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, misschien zelfs iets te familiair maar dat stoort mij niet , integendeel Ontbijt (14 ,00 ) is te duur voor wat wordt aangeboden, de eerste dag was ook al één en ander niet meer beschikbaar.... Wij waren vrij laat voor het inchecken, men had mijn ctcard reeds gebruikt, dus er vanuit gegaan dat wij niet meer zouden komen; kwam niet echt klientvriendelijk over, men had ook kunnen wachten tot de dag nadien.

Confort literie, personnel aimable et réactif. En plein centre. Manque un parking, difficile de se garer en plein centre de Tulle le soir tard, et peur de se faite fracturer le coffre plein de bagages. Joint du Pare douche usé donc fuite par terre... Mais ce ne sont que de petits détails...
