The staff was fantastic. Having English speaking staff really made our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect. If we wanted something all we had to do was ask and it was immediately taken care of. The television was a small. Only solution would be a wall mounted flat panal unit. Not a big issue since we spent most of our time sight seeing. |

Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. Small but nice rooms. The staff is friendly and helpfull. We`ve stayed here for two years in a row and would love to come back. |

it is near the metro and near the restaurants, NO AIRCON, I didn't expect or notice that there was no aircon when i booked the hotel. Perhaps i missed it and assumed it was a basic facility, A bit noisy when you stay on the lower floors- noise coming from the bars nearby. Otherwise okay hotel. |

Well located in Le Marais and very comfortable. Internet connection did not work, but we weren't charged for it in the end. |

Hotel is in a good location, but on a busy street. Staff were very helpful and changed my room on request (the first I was given was on the street and too noisy), and staff were very helpful with other requests. Good view, Quiet room. The hotel is dated in its decor, but neat and clean. |

The rooms were clean and looked very nice, although the rooms were small this was not big of a problem. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpfull. |

The breakfast was wonderful though a bit expensive, but worth while.It must be the best in Paris. The location of the hotel and the comfort of the room were also excellent I didn't notice any air condition and that is a pity if one wants to use the hotel during the summer season. And there were some noice from the streets around the hotel |

Small and friendly hotel in very interesting area of Paris, good base for walking tour. Limited facilities, rooms are very small. Noise from traffic, especially refuse collection in morning. |
