Not a dislike, but the breakfast whilst well presented was limited, no yoghurts or fruit, just the French style croissant and bread. After a few days it was a bit repetitive.
The demi pension option was good in the Restaurant de la Place, but it was approx. 800 metres up the busy road (although you could take the car!!)
If the owners were to offer their own evening meal option then that would be an improvement (as there's no other real reason to walk up to the village except to eat).
U Frascone was a super little hotel, very well presented and furnished. The owners were excellent and very accommodating. An excellent base for a few days in the mountains, either touring or rambling. Corte the main town was 8 miles away, it's a must to visit with excellent restaurants (both tourist and local) and the citadel was a very interesting tour with amazing views (spot the locals swimming area on the river !!). Overall an excellent stay.
