If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

It's like living in Annecy and experience the local life. The place is cozy and really love the design concept. The host Emilie is nice too! No, love it so much. |

We stayed at "Cocon Appartment". This is absolutely a piece of art. Also amenities are sufficient, with large flat screen TV, Music Box, and Nespresso Coffeemaker. Location is excellent being in the center of old town.Highly recommended for people who are bored with standard hotel rooms but want to adventure something unique and special. |

Un Lieu Unique is beautifully decorated and is in an amazing location. It was brilliant being able to just step outside and be in the centre of the old town. The decor was really lovely. There were two issues; 1. Because of it's location it was very noisy, particularly at night. Because of the noise we kept the windows shut, however this meant that it was unbearably hot, even with the fan on. A proper air conditioning unit is needed. 2. The shower needs a screen or curtain, even though we were careful not to, it was impossible for the floor of the bathroom to get soaked, making it very slippery. This wasn't too much of an issue for a couple of days, but if i had been staying for any longer it would have been annoying! |

Perfect location. Love the apartment , the interior design of the room is contemporary, clean lines and very comfortable beds. Liked the old facade of the place. Coordination when checking in is a bit tricky because it doesn't have a reception. |

excellent location. beautiful decor. windows overlooking very picturesque canal. good value for money. great coffee machine. the second bed was on level under ceiling....3ft from floor to ceiling so we couldn't stand up!!! the bin was tiny which was very impractical. there is no bathroom door. really suitable for one couple only or a family |

1. Cadre soigné et customisé: on est dans un vrai appartement décoré et meublé avec goût et pas dans une chaîne d'hôtel standardisée et impersonnelle. 2. Situation idéale en plein coeur d'Annecy. 3. Accueil personnalisé et très sympathique. 4. Bon équipement (kitchenette, thé et café à disposition, vaisselle, tv et chaîne stéréo, Internet...). 5. Calme (séjour en Novembre). Simplement un point: Un Lieu Unique a une organisation particulière puisqu'il s'agit d'un service entre la chambre d'hôte et l'hôtel. 3 appartements sont en locations (propres, bien équipés, acceuillant, décor très soigné et situation idéale en plein centre d'Annecy); cette organisation fait que certains services classiques sont moins organisés que dans un hôtel classique notamment la question de la réception (appeler le gérant d' Un Lieu Unique" pour prendre rdv pour laisser ses bagages, faire le check-in/ check-out) et du petit déjeuner (un tea shot les livre et ils étaient très en retard). |

Die Lage des Studios, die Inneneinrichtung, der unkomplizierte Empfang und die Freundlichkkeit der Mitarbeiterin. Sehr speziell ist auch das Konzept/ Idee eine solche Art von "Hotel" zu betreiben Die Lage des Hotelzimmers bringt es mit sich, dass es vor allem in den Sommermonaten bis Mitternacht nicht sehr ruhig ist. Von Mitternacht bis zum Morgen ist es absolut ok. |

pas de sommier sous le lit de la mezzanine, matelas à même le sol! pas de double vitrage, "Le Cocon" est situé juste au dessus de 2 cafés restaurants ouverture diurne dés 8h30 mise en place bruyante de leur terrasse,et nocturne jusqu'à plus de 1h du matin. il n' a même pas été prévue de ventilateur conséquent pour nous donner de l'air, et pour finir les volet d'origine laissait passer la lumière, Dommage car pour la déco un vrai effort à été réaliser, mais pour bien dormir et se relaxer ce n'est pas des plus nécessaire, que de ne pas avoir l'essentiel cité ci dessus qui nous aurais laissés un bon souvenir de ce Lieu....Et pour le petit déjeuner la table n'est pas adapté pour 3 personnes. Vraiment dommage. |

Det var veldig praktisk å bo i en slik liten leilighet, der vi kunne ordne alt selv. Leiligheten var både pen og praktisk og egnet seg godt for to personer, evt med et-to barn. Den egner seg ikke for to par. Til det er den for liten og for åpen. Det som manglet var en liten balkong, og det var ganske mye bråk fra gaten. Det merkes godt når vinduet må være åpent pga varmen. |

La propreté de la chambre. Son emplacement. Son désign et les équipements proposés. La remise des clés : toute une aventure. Le manque d'info sur les démarches à suivre quand on arrive au 19 rue jean-jacques rousseau : pas de nom, de numéro à joindre. |

Rien, pas meme la déco qui semblait si attrayante sur les photos. La situtation au coeur de la vieille ville est gachée par le manque d'attentions du personnel Les 2 "collaboratrices" (termes pretentieux qui masquent le manque de professionnalisme) vous vendent le concept d'appartement en location et non d'hotel, ce desengageant ainsi de toute obligation de services hoteliers. |

La situation exceptionnelle au coeur de la vieille ville sans bruit de voitures avec terrasse surplombant le canal pour lire ou déjeuner .Le style art déco seventeen et les petits plus ( thé, café nespresso, musique, bougies, baignoire) qui donnent un accueil vraiment chaleureux. |

Ho apprezzato l'originalità del luogo , la gentilezza della locandiera, alcuni dettagli ben studiati Non vi sono aspetti che non ho gradito anche se è doveroso aggiungere che non si tratta di un vero hotel ma di una camera in un caseggiato adibita a questa funzione. |
