We have stayed at this hotel, it was the worst in our life. It is poor in all aspects. Does not deserve even one star rating. We had asked for a double room, we got twin beds, that kept splitting between us all night. They do not clean your bathroom. The state of the rooms are of 1960's, but dirty. Small, very small rooms. Unfriendly staff. Poor plumbing. Water was cut off for 6 hours in one day. Hairdaryer is good for nothing......ect. Good luck to you if you want to try the same experience. Value for money: Very Expensive for waht you are getting.

Nothing. It was awful. I didn't like anything. It was dirty. They never change the sheets and towels. They changed the prices and overcharged us for a night that we didn't sleep there.

The staff is wonderfull. The rooms are a bit noisy. Location is good as we have two different metro line. We are in the streets where lovers of crepe and Bretagne will be really satisfied.

The hotel was not clean at all. The room was full of an unpleasant smell. The sheets and the towels were extremely old and worn out. They were gray instead of white. The walls and curtains were also dirty and dusty. The receptionist was not helpfull and friendly at all. We don't think this hotel deserves even one star!

montparnasse is one of the best areas to stay in for exploring Paris, this hotel is good value for money - we would have been more comfortable with an extra pillow, and the shower space was very small, this is very much a parisienne sized room and ensuite so if you are at all overweight you would be uncomfortable. I never thought to ask for the extra pillow -!

Location is fare - few meters from 2 subway stations, lots of smal restaurants, weekend market, Gare de Montparnasee is not far away, yet you do not feel the crowds. Breakfast staff is very attentive Room is a total disaster: peeling wallpaper, peeling seiling, disfunctional electric sockets, not working bed lights etc, poor drainage in the bathroom, grey towels. On a positive note - the bathroom was clean. Even in paris, a fare price for this hotel should not be more than 60 Euros.

None of the rooms were ready at check in people were just standing around waiting. Staff were rude, we were a group of four the room did not sleep four adults. We asked for a roll away bed that the web site stated could be available but they had none. Don't stay here!

Good location for those who come downtown from cdg Airport since the hotel is only few yards from a metro station and only one connection is needed. The area is very nice is some good options concerning to restaurants and shopping. The staff is ok and willing to provide you the information you need. Extra costs for breakfast and internet make the hotel a little expensive. It is ok for those who just need to spend one night, but it does not pay off in case of a longer stay.

There was absolutley nothing I liked about this hotel and would warn others to not stay here. The only plus was that there are good restaurants around it and the metro is right down the street. This hotel was very disappointing. How it got 3 stars I do not know?? The room was dirty and completely run down with a broken falling over desk, ripped wall paper, and torn holey carpeting that looked as if it has never been cleaned. On top of the disappointment with the room, the night staff was completely rude when our toilet stopped working and he was annoyed I distrurbed him on his ipad at 11pm. One afternoon we came back to our room and our shower curtain had been taken and not replaced. This place is horrible!! Do not stay here!! This place was worse than a hostel and the most expensive place we stayed on our vacation.

Well situated. A very disappointing, run-down hotel. I can't believe how good of a reputation this hotel has online considering the experience I had. I did everything I could to avoid spending extra time in the room, which smelled and looked filthy. Avoid.

The location is great on a nice street with lots of restaurants.. This is my second time staying and the rooms are so small you can barely walk around in them. Bed very unconfortable. Not worth the money, should be much cheaper.

This hotel has a great location but it is in desperate need of a facelift/remodel. The place is threadbare, falling apart and dirty. I definitely would recommend that no one stay there. Location

Fact that a room was available at short notice. Staff were very friendly. Great location. Very expensive, but I guess that's what you get when you book in Paris at the last minute. Also, I was pretty sure I booked a "twin room" rather than a "double room". To me, this means two single beds. Instead, my friend and I got a double bed. We then separated the two beds on the first night, and amazingly, the service staff made it up again as a double bed the next day.

the hoetl rooms were smelling of stales furniture throughout the stay. the walls paper was falling off the carpet had holes, there were 57 cigarette buds on the window edge. the bathrooms tiles were cracked and dirty and the room was very dusty. the beds are worn out and very uncomfortable and becasue Paris was fully booked we paid extortionate rates.
