Extremely good location. Clean. Wonderful value. The woman (Karine) at the front desk was rather rude, condescending and somewhat aggressive. For a woman of her age (late 20s early 30s) she should learn to treat her clients with some respect. Apart from that I have no complaints at all about the hotel. |

I liked the location of the hotel as well as the little private street it had which was very cute. I was hoping that they could put an extra bed to the room but it was just a sofabed which was not comfortable...Also they ask that you leave your key at the reception every time you leave the hotel which was odd. |

The room was a good size for Europe and we had our own bathroom. The bed was pretty comforable and the hotel was on a quiet street. It was nice. The staff was not very friendly. |

Close to shopping, restaurants and a few metro stops from most Paris attractions. The hotel room was shabby. A light fixture hung loose into the shower which made is unsafe, the couch was stained, wood floors with no carpets and needed to be refinished. Dirt in corners of the room. Dark and dreary. The hotel was expensive; twice as much as others on the same street with much nicer rooms....we checked! I would recommend rennovation or lower room rates. |

I like the location of the hotel because it is close to Gare Montparnasse. The room was small, the bathroom was tight and the room was not clean. |

The position of the hotel was ok. The room had facilities to accommodate all 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 big kids ), so it was great. The room do not look at all like in the pictures from Booking site.It was much simpler. The hotel use the credit card I gave only for guarantee the reservation and block me the amount, despite the fact that I paid at the reception at check out. After 4 days I still have the money blocked. Very unpleasant. |

The location was great with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The Montparnass Station was just around the corner. The hotel itself was great for the price. It was very clean and comfortable. The description included available wireless internet access but the code/password we were given didn't work and the receptionist was not helpful, so I had to go elsewhere for access. Otherwise our stay was nice. |

The hotelwas booked late, and was cheap at 60 euros for the evening, parking was nearby at local shopping centre, and it was near all the coffee bars and small local restuarants, they spoke english in the hotel, however is a huge advantage speaking french as only 2 of of 10 staff could speak english, nice celan bathroom The cleanliness of the room was really poor, and looked like areas hadnt been hoovered for months, and there was no tea or coffee making facilities, however you do get what y apay for, so it certianly did at loast minute notice, and I would rate it 7/10 on last minute, if it had been booked for a while and was for more than eve, i'd of not stayed, and only given it a 4/10 |

I loved the look of the hotel all the way around from the outside, and the entrance, to the entry to our room, which was like a cobblestone entry. The room we had was very nice, and we were very pleased at how spacious it was, and met our needs very well. It was pricey for our budget, but for a first trip to Paris, we were very pleased overall. |

The courtyard was very picturesque and a peaceful place to sit after a day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel was fabulous as the metro was close and very useful station with many line options. The second bed was a sofa bed that was tired and very creaky. Downstairs there was a toilet but with no wash basin so there was no privacy if you were two couples however for us it was easily coped with. |

Location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It is typical of a Parisian hotel in that the rooms are quite small, the beds are hard, and the bathrooms also small. However the location and charm overshadow most of this. |

The location is excellent, in the centre on Montparnasse area, surrounded by several "creperie", restaurants and pubs. Really close to the subway (two lines and tre stops) and a "velib" station (public bikes). A good place as a base where to sleep when you want to visit Paris. Due to the discounted price and the only 5 rooms remaining when we booked our stay, the room was really small (around 12 square metres + bathroom) and the closet was not big enough. The trim level was not that high, probably the room needed maintenance. Briefly: if you found an offer with few rooms remaining available, the room won't probably look like the pictures reported in the hotel details. |
