The location was very good.

It was a very weak welcome in the hotel. The man at the reception didn't even look up when we entered the hotel. He hardly spoke to us at all and when we complained about our room, he was pretty helpless. We booked a room with 20 square meters and ended up in a room with a sice not even half as big. Their explanation to this was: "Well, it's a matter of availability and as you're only staying one night, we booked you into a smaller room..." Well, I explained that we booked another room and that we're not going to pay the price for such a small room. They said we should talk to the manager the next day but that they couldn't do anything about it now. In the end one of them came up with the idea to give us the (very expensive) breakfast for free. We agreed, because it was 12€ per person. Actually, we wouldn't have wanted to pay for this breakfast because it wasn't worth the price at all. Very small choice and the breakfast room is dark without any windows. All in all we unfortunately can't recommend this hotel at all.

The only thing good about this hotel is its location.

Excellent location to explore Nice, free wi-fi, comfortable beds and extra pillows.

We needed a triple room and clearly got a double room with an extra cot bed which made the room very small. Shower was very small, air con only cooled parts of the room.

スタッフの対応がよく、こちらの事情に柔軟に対応してくれる（メールチェックにフロントのパソコンを使わせ- てくれる、食堂のレンジを使わせてくれる（実- 際には使わなかったが先方から提案してくれた）、湯沸かし器を貸してくれる（実際には部屋にも備え付けてあ- った）等）。 街の中心にあり、デパートとは、交差点の斜向かい、トラム停留所からは徒歩３０秒。

部屋に冷蔵庫がなく、こればかりは貸してくれなかったので、窓の外に物を置き、天然冷蔵庫とするほかなかっ- た。 暖房を最大にすると部屋が非常に乾燥するので要注意。

J'ai suivi les appréciations des internautes. L'hotel est bien situé, les chambres sont propres. C'est tout de même le minimum qu'on peut attendred d'un hotel 3 étoiles ... et c'est le minimum que nous avons eut !

Malgré cela, la chambre triple prévue pour 3 personnes adultes (nous l'avions stipulé lors de la réservation) est, en réalité une chambre double avec un canapé lit très étroit qui convient à peine à un enfant ... très moyen pour le tarif demandé. De plus le petit déjeuner est très limité : pas du tout en rapport avec le prix demandé (11€) (oeufs brouillés froids, fromage pas très frais, peu de choix ....). Enfin lors de notre arrivée, nous avons du payer d'avance les chambres, on nous a demandé de donner notre numéro de carte bancaire (au cas ou nous aurions dérobé quelque chose dans une chambre dépourvue de minibar ou de plateau de courtoisie ...) c'est la première fois qu'on nous demande cela dans un hotel ! Bref, nous choisirons un autre hotel la prochaine fois.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum von Nizza, wenige Minuten zum Strand, zu den Fußgängerstraßen, zur Altstadt und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Hotel und seine Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Ich kann es für einen Städte- Kurzaufenthalt nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück um 12 EUR pro Person und Nacht hatten wir nicht gebucht ich finde es zu teuer. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der näheren Umgebung.
