nice room and great view! The room was always made when we came back to the hotel! The reception staff was very nice! The cleaningstaff was horrible, they did a good job, but they made a lot of noise, so we could not sleep! There were even antz in our bathroom, they had a nest in the wall in room 311. The cleaning staff should be more quit, and let people sleep longer that 8...The elevator was very bad and slow! The vending machine for drinks stole our money many times, so it is obviously broken! |

Air conditioning a big plus. Also the 3-person room was spacious. Staff was helpful. Location was very good, quite near the beach. Shops and restaurants very near. Quiet and calm, even though it was in the city centre. Extra bed was uncomfortable. Cleanliness was good but there were a pair of flip flops under my bed and they didn't below to me or the people travelling with me... So maybe they don't clean under the beds that often? |

The hotel was much better than the reviews on trip advisor - the rooms were modern and clean - it was a quiet room and maid service was excellent The air con could have been more powerful |

one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The airconditioned was really bad we had to open the windows instead!! I can't believe they say the room has air conditioned and we have to pay for it!! |

The fact that we did not need to stay there for more than one night. They really made an effort to be unpleasant from beginning to end. When we arrived, under heavy rain, they wouldn't let us check in without passports (something that all other hotels were happy to wait 15 minutes for), and on the check out they first charged us and then showed us the bill, which had breakfast charged we had not taken and then only on monday the manager could do something about it. They said they had free wifi, but it wasn't "working" |

Very good location in the center of the city and close to the beach. Our standard room was nice, clean and had normal size. About 12 o'clock when we return form the beach for shower and change hotel stuff was just starting to clean the rooms on our floor. They knocked to the door even if we put 'not disturb' notice. |

Location is very good next to busy street/train, but I hardly find it noisy. Friendly hotel staff plus towels are clean. Overall, the hotel is fine. The triple room are fine with 2 single beds and an extra bed in it however the extra bed is not comfortable as the mattress is too thin. The bathroom needs to be renovated somehow and the TV is too small which is only 14" LCD. |

L'emplacement idéal pour le Carnaval.La propreté des locaux. Ascenceur en panne à l'arrivée et de temps en temps les jours suivants. Plus de pain ni de viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner vers 9h30 (qualité et quantité insuffisantes par rapport au prix qui est maintenant de 10,00 € -et non plus de 9,00 €-).Il était précisé un parking public au tarif de 19,00 € ; or, l'hôtel ne s'occupe pas de donner un ticket pour ce prix. Le prix réel du parking le plus proche est de 23,00 €/jour. Chauffage par soufflerie qui est bruyant (obligé de l'éteindre la nuit). |

Ｎｉｃｅの駅からは離れていますが、海岸、マセナ広場、旧市街とも近くて、便利な場所にある。分かりやすい- 場所。すぐ近くに、トラム乗り場もある。ホテル内は、古いですが、値段が手頃（安い）ので良い。 部屋にもよるのかもしれませんが、シャワーカーテンが無い。 |
