Este hotel de diseño está situado en el centro de Lille, a solo 260 metros de la estación de tren de Lille-Flandres. Ofrece elegantes habitaciones con TV de pantalla panorámica LCD y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. Wow! Great experience. Very friendly night staff as we arrived quite late, couldn't do enough for us. The room was well beyond expectations, right down to the variety and quality of toiletries included and the coffee machine. The room design was very modern and high quality. We were able to park right out the front door. Would stay again in a heart beat!

The staff at hotel up were always helpful, nothing ever a problem. They were all delightful.It is a short walk to The station. The cocktails were magnificent! We had an excellent stay and if ever back in Lille would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

In the center of the city, good to access to metro and train Parking a little far, there is some arabian guys ask for money when you were there finding a parking place. The bath floor is really smooth. Be attention. And this is not a 4 stars hotel.

Even after reading a lot of good reviews online this hotel exceeded my expectations. The refurbishment and modern design is complete down to all the small but important details - nespresso machine in room, nice towels, hallways well decorated, modern walk in shower, blackout blinds in room etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room extremely quiet with no noise from outside or next door rooms. We didn't use the bar or breakfast service but this looked good and breakfast served until 12pm. Parking is 7 min walk away for 14euros per 24h. Old town, Museum Beaux Arts, Euralille shopping plus bars and restaurants are all in walking distance. The room is fairly small (not too small) but this is to be expected for a city centre based hotel at this price. No complaints, problems or issues.

Hotel Up is in an excellent location close to main train stations and old city centre. Is a smaller 'boutique' style, rooms are very quiet and nicely decorated with a very good breakfast available. Has excellent staff who were pleasant, able to understand English and provided a great guide to the city highlights.

Very clean hotel room; comfortable beds; coffee and tea making facilities in the room; bottle of water every day; l'occitane toiletries which were very nice indeed. No mirror in the bedroom (only in the bathroom, which got very steamed up after a shower) and very slippery shower tray.

Nicely decorated hotel, with very nice rooms. A big and very comfortable bed. A very good price/quality ratio at this hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here on my next stay in Lille!

perfectly located. just a few hundreds meters from Lille Flandres and 5 min walk to Lille Europe. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom just impeccable. Dsign is a key word at Up hotel. Nespresso machine in the room available and ultimate generation led flat tv screen. Really a great value for the price i paid.

The personel at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean room. Very good location. A few guests who where drunk made a lot of noice during the night (between 1.30 and 5.30 AM) and partyed in their room. Result : no sleep. The person of the night reception really tryed to solve the problem. The manager (lady) gave the impression that partying during the night was very normal?!?

Personnel très avenant. Un barman aux cocktails magnifiques. Les lumières sont trop directes, pas assez tamisées, dans les chambres comme dans le bar. Dommage !

Fabulous staff: extremely welcoming, always trying to make your stay enjoyable (including giving you honest advice on restaurants). Very nice (yet a little small) rooms, well appointed and quiet. One of the best beds I have had in a hotel in a while. Enjoyable breakfast (at a reasonable price). Good location: Lille stations are 5 minutes walk away, the main square as well. Parking available on request.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent bar with best coctails ever thanks to wonderful barman. Very good breakfast. Room is very nicely decorated in trendy design. Very clean.

The interior design of the hotel is really nice. I almost felt I was in a small 5 star hotel the staff was really friendly. The had a triple room and it was really cozy, we had a curtain to give extra privacy to the extrabed, excellent! And we got free L'Occitane toiletries (always nice) The breakfast was ok and the cocktails on the night were more that excellent!!! I didn't sleep good, We felt the bed a little bit hard but that is just our opinion
