Nada realmente o quizas la ubicacion pero no volvere!

Nos han dado una habitacion con baño de minusvalidos sin avisar que es tremendamente incomodo el colchon esta deformado y en lpenoso estado

Lo mejor, es la limpieza de las habitaciones; el bano amplio y limpio y las instalaciones que oferta; como ha sido una habitacion triple, quiza un poquito pequena de tamano; pero estoy contenta con la eleccion.

rooms were very clean and very nicely decorated,staff were very pleasant helpful and polite. you get a complimentry bottle of water and the usual complimentry shampoo soap and moisturiser (which my wife highly recommends) along with shower caps and manicure set, the chamber maids were very polite also

we booked the superior room ,there was myself my wife and our two teenage daughters, the room was ever so slightly on the small side, however you dont go on holiday to stay in the room, so this was not a big deal for us, the room had a queen size bed and a sofa bed, the queen size bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed was incredibly firm. if you drive there as we did, there is limited parking outside the hotel and you can only park there for 1 hour and 20 mins then you have to move, but there a few underground carparks very close by and it cost us 14 euro's for up to 24 hours i

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff,strong contemporary design,comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with rian shower and magnifying mirror,bedroom small but well laid out.Ideal location a few steps form the stations and city centre

There were only 2 coat hangars in the wardrobe space - a couple more would have been useful

Fabulous staff: extremely welcoming, always trying to make your stay enjoyable (including giving you honest advice on restaurants). Very nice (yet a little small) rooms, well appointed and quiet. One of the best beds I have had in a hotel in a while. Enjoyable breakfast (at a reasonable price). Good location: Lille stations are 5 minutes walk away, the main square as well. Parking available on request.

Bit overpriced for what it was.

Very modern and stylish, particularly recommended those who like posh interior and a huge flat screen tv in the room.

Outlook of the hotel and neighbours look a bit shabby(but inside is well refurbished,so good surprise once you stepped in)

The interior design of the hotel is really nice. I almost felt I was in a small 5 star hotel the staff was really friendly. The had a triple room and it was really cozy, we had a curtain to give extra privacy to the extrabed, excellent! And we got free L'Occitane toiletries (always nice) The breakfast was ok and the cocktails on the night were more that excellent!!!

I didn't sleep good, We felt the bed a little bit hard but that is just our opinion

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Up. The staff were very friendly and helped a great deal explaining how to get to restaurants etc. The breakfast looked very good, but as it wasn't included for us we chose to go to a cafe instead. It's well located to the Grand Place and old Lille. Takes between 5 and 10 minutes to walk there. Shopping in Lille is very good. Very luxurious Printemps department store and many boutiques in the old part. We spent 2 nights there which was enough to see most sights in the winter. In the spring you could add an extra day and visit some parks and the Citadel.

Great hotel, great location, great service, great design, great value for money! Really worth keeping this hotel in your little black book, rooms were en trend, towels super soft, L'Occitane products in the bathroom, hugh walk-in shower and amzingly comfortable bed! The team on duty were all excellent - could not do more for you, and so friendly. One small draw back - the rooms are a little on the small side. We booked a triple room and it did not feel like a triple room. If we were staying longer, we would have wanted bit more space. One other real minor point - no mirror in living space, only in bathroom! Not the end of the world but made it harder to do hair/make-up when other half showering and mirror completely steamed up! Thouroughly recommend Hotel Up - will now only stay there when visiting Lille!

Although the rooms were a little small they were beautifuly decorated, of high standard and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped us with all our questions about the local area.

All was good but it would have been nice to have tea/coffee in the room.

Hotel staff was very kind, ready to assist, and the hotel was comfortable. I would recommend it to couples and people traveling for business.
