The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the Hotel was modern, well-balanced and clean. The location was very handy for both Lille Eurostar and getting into the City to sightsee and eat out at night. The Breakfast was also very good in terms of food quality and value for money.

The self service drinks in the room could benefit from having milk sachets supplied.

Room a bit small

Great location and easy to get to from Lille Europe station. Very close to main square. Hotel rooms were very nice, great bathroom and very modern. Quiet in regards to traffic. Staff very friendly and made recommendations and booked us for some great restaurants.

Lack of mini bar/fridge in room as was away for a mini break and wanted to put some drinks in fridge to keep cold. Also could clearly hear squeaking/ noise coming from above rooms when guests were walking around their hotel rooms.

The hotel is so central and the room and bathroom especially was excellent. The staff were very helpful on reception.

We were in a triple room but having asked for an extra coffee cup and glass and extra coffeeon the 1st day, the cleaning staff never left extra ones each day when the room was cleaned.

The cold weather!!

A hidden gem. Probably the best design / boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable room, spacy bathroom, very helpfull staff, delicious breakfast, to name just a few. I had stayed in different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will definitely come back to next time. Everyone up! :)

We got a friendly and warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The room was nicely decorated. We recommend this hotel as base for a Lille city trip.

Parking situation was a bit difficult.

Very good location in the centre of Lille and quiet. Nice bathroom with a very comfortable shower. Good breakfast.

The staff were always helpful and very friendly. Modern large bathroom and the safe and coffee machine were nice touches. Well appointed room.

Great location 2 minutes walk from the station and 2 minutes from the main square and shopping. Great decor and friendly service and the rooms were very accomodating as one of our group had a triple. Staff very friendly and helpful and the bar was very relaxing Brilliant!!

There wasnt anything to dislike it is a small ish hotel and was perfect for our family surprise get together!!

Price, location, friendliness, cleanliness, that the bar was open to relax in before Eurostar back to London.

That we had to wait a fair time for the receptionist to explain things to other customers before she checked us in - we were tired from travelling.
