Great location, staff helpful, room a good size. Car parking, access etc all worked well.
Main bed horribly uncomfortable with a big slope down towards the middle, luckily we had a second bed in the room which was a bit better.
Very good central location. Good size room and bathroom. Nicely decorated plus an inner garden open for all the guests. Kitchenette with fridge is very useful in case you're staying for longer. Good free WiFi.
Very comfortable and clean room. You have everything you need for cooking simple things in the room. Staff is fluent in English :)
Wi-fi signal is very low (at least on the 3rd floor)
The rooms big comfortable clean and quiet. Great big private garden area for eating with BBQ facilities.. Walk to town, supermarket and bars close by.. Nothing to fault, will return highly recommend!!
Nothing to fault..
- very good location - the window of the room was on the street, but it was not noisy - nice staff - maybe we were aspecting that the room premium was a bit bigger - nice garden.
good location, helpful staff. Dijon is well worth visiting.
Very close to train station, shopping, sights. Nice room, kitchenette, clean bathroom, quiet atmosphere.
We spent 2 nights here with the 2 kids in early August on our way back from the Cote d'Azur. We stayed in 13a & 13b identical joined rooms. Very clean, well designed, recently decorated and great showers. The kids liked the independence of their own room. Parking on-site was very convienient and only a short walk away from the centre and the Owl Trail which we all enjoyed. We all really enjoyed Dijon a lovely city and having the independance of the self catering was perfect.
It was very thoughtfully presented, the apartment had all amenities and underground parking in a great location. We would stay there again with out hesitation
Front of house staff v helpful Garden
Decor not to everybody's taste
Creative decoration, great location at top end of owl walk and beautiful park, very accommodating staff, and well equipped room with compact kitchen, desk for computer etc. - very good.
No problems - fairly tight car park but manager was obliging to give me another spot.
The two communicating apartments we rented were light and comfortable. Following the instructions we received, it was easy and straightforward to access the rooms and parking (outside of the reception hours). The location is convenient, walking distance to centre. Beautiful garden.
We did not use the kitchen, but I imagine that there is little space to sit down and eat.
We liked the individual style of each floor. The garden is fabulous. The apartment was very spacious. The owner was friendly and helpful. Very close to centre of Dijon and lots of restaurants. We would stay here again.
No air conditioning and it was a very hot night in July. Water takes a long time to come through hot.
Excellent location near to main attractions, clean and convenient
Good location with parking available (€9) per day. Small kitchenette useful.
Uncomfortable beds. Very dated dark feel to the place. Every surface in the room was crowded with pictures and ornaments. Very dark decor made the room feel rather dingy. Tiny shower cubicle! Threadbare towels.
Onsite parking, self catering, staff
minor traffic noise
Lady who works there was very kind and property is 10min walk from main train station. Clean and big room with kitchenette. Good value for money.
Once apparently there was no electricity in one part of the room.
Perfectly situated just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Dijon, comfortable, clean room with everything needed.
The proximity to the old part of Dijon was perfect. The secure parking was welcome although at 9 euros per night (motorcycle) I found it overpriced. The manageress was very helpful, spoke good English.
The bed was poor as it was a "pull down" type with no "full" mattress; it was uncomfortable. The kitchenette was poorly equipped with no kettle and hence we used the microwave to boil water. The crockery was a mish-mash of items and could not be used to serve a meal. The Wi-Fi was inaccessible on the second floor as was the Ethernet link. However the helpful manageress provided an alternative Wi-Fi source to use; which worked! The decor of the apart-hotel was "quirky". The price was not the best value.
The garden, a great place to relax and very peaceful. Location right in the centre of Dijon. Having a fridge, and being able to make your own breakfast in the room (bakers just opposite)
The bed was not that comfortable for 2, but would be OK for a night or 2.
Location excellent for city centre. Hotel very organised and efficient.
Bed legs stuck out - not good for toes.
The style of the hotel is very different from usual hotels. It s colourful and cosy. It seems that somebody put his personal talent there. The owner of the hotel is wonderful and the breakfast delicious. The place where the breakfast is served is very cosy. We left with the best impression and very good energy. The owner offered us touristic informations for Bourgogne.
The location and the efficiency of the little apartment was good. I wish the weather had allowed me to use the "garden" which I thought looked so peaceful.
Not having a strong enough wireless router so that people could access the internet from their rooms, & not have to go down to the lobby. The ethernet-type cable in the room only fit PCs, not MacBooks. Installing a stronger router would fix this. I noticed a lot of business people use Urbaneva so good wi-fi (no need for a cable) should be available. Also, would appreciate more bathroom soap and dish-washing soap.
