Not my cup of tea really. But was an overnight so not a real problem. Just too 'volume' and a bit like a more upmarket version of Butlins. Music playing in courtyard social area til late, and people shouting early in morning around rooms. Prefer a little more privacy and P&Q.

We had a great night at the Vacanciel, the room was basic, but functional, and the beds were truly excellent! There's a very nice swimming pool, and all this within walking distance of Guetary... This is not a charm hotel, it's modern, nice, but not very romantic. There are activities with the people who stay there for a long time (in the summer mostly, I believe) so it's not calm until 10-11pm at night, but it makes for a nice energy!

The location is nice: close to the ocean and not far from the center of Gethary The room was too small, and there was no air conditioning. Also, until late in the night there was a loud party with live music right under our windows, so it was difficult to get asleep. The price was quite high, they charged the full price on the day of booking! And on top the hotel charged more money from my credit card than was in the booking confirmation. When I asked at the reception, they refused to comment saying they "have nothing to do with payments, all questions should be referred to the agent" This is why I would not go there another time and would not recommend it to others

Le prix était en rapport avec la qualité du service offert ainsi que les équipements. Le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 11 h ce qui est assez confortable. Une petite plage est accessible à 200 ou 300 mètres par un chemin piétonnier. J'ai détesté être réveillée par les agents d'entretien qui ont passés la tondeuse et la souffleuse dès 8 h 30 le samedi matin !!! Je n'ai pas apprécié la litterie de moyenne qualité (et en plus de 2 lits séparés pour un couple c'est dommage). Le ménage un peu léger (ex : traces de poussière sur le sèche serviette et traces d'infiltration d'eau au plafond de la salle de bain). Les batiments ne sont pas bien insonorisés, et sont vieillissants. Une rénovation à moyen terme ne serait pas de trop.

- L'accueil du personnel à la réception. - La propreté de l'hôtel (chambre, restaurant). - Le calme. - La piscine a un temps d'accès réduit réservé aux résidents ( beaucoup plus de temps pour les associations). On peut y accéder certes, mais on ne va pas déranger un cours de natation réservé aux enfants) ! Ce n'est qu'un bémol !!!

El personal es muy amable, excelente ubicación para moverse a los pueblos de al lado y para realizar el camino del litoral. La piscina está muy bien. Volveremos.

Le rapport qualité/prix et la gentillesse du personnel. Trés bon établissement, trés propre. Le fait que la piscine soit partagée avec la municipalité et que certaines plages horaires lui soient réservées, notamment le dimanche matin.

Je conseillerai cet hotel à tout le monde. Le personnel est charmant,on se sent aussi à l'aise qu'à la maison. L'hotel ressemble à un village basque, les chambres sont très calmes. Idéal avec des enfants ou des amis. A ne pas rater si vous passez dans le coin.

L'ensemble est plus que satisfaisant . Tout est réalisé pour assurer un bon séjour. La mise à disposition de la piscine de 10 à 20h est particulièrement appréciable. Seul bémol : la cantine (mauvais rapport qualité-prix)

La proximité de la piscine, la bonne heure du personnel, le restaurant tapas agréable le soir. Le chauffage est un peu limite en terme de puissance, l'équipement succinct dans l'appartement.
