Schöner Hotelpark, schöne Substanz, man spürt den Glanz vergangener Tage. Die sind allerdings schon längst vobei! Hotel müsste gründlich renoviert werden; Frühstücksbuffet sehr dürftig. |

Das klimatisierte Zimmer war gerade in dieser Hitzeperiode sehr angenehm . Der umliegende Park und die nahe gelegene Garage ebenso . Gleiches gilt für ruhige Lage und Strandnähe An der Bar gab es kein alkoholfreies Hefeweizenbier . |

Receptionsdame war sehr nett. Dieses Hotel hat ein sehr schöne Parkanlage!! Zimmerdecke hat ziemlich benommen ausgeschaut,Teppich war fleckig.Füe eine Nacht hat es gepasst. |

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Für französische Verhältnisse Mitteklasse mit einfachem Frühstück. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind teilweise recht klein. Die Zimmer, die nicht in Rihtung Garten weisen, sind laut durch Straße und BaHN: |

Gute Lage des Hotels, sowohl zum Strand, zum Bahnhof als auch zum Zentrum. Der Garten war sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr groß und wir hatten auch zu viert genügend Platz. Leider war die Einrichtung sehr abgewohnt. (Tapeten lösten sich von der Wand). Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war aber in Ordnung. Abgewohnte Zimmer (siehe oben). Taubenplage beim Frühstück auf der Terasse! Tauben waren auch beim Essen! |

der Garten vorm Hotel und die gute Parkmäglichkeit beim Hotel das Zimmer war alt, es müffelte vor Alter im Zimmer...man hatte das Gefühl alles klebt...zum Glück war das Badezimmer renoviert (abgesehen von den Badmöbeln di am Zerfallen waren)^und das Bad war mehr oder weniger sauber. Früh hatte man dann den Geruch vom Mittagessen aus der Küche im bett...zudem hat die Klima nicht funktioniert und es gibt starkvefahrene Gleise direkt vorm Fenster...also nichts für Entspannung und Leute die eine gute Nase haben |

We enjoyed the 'belle epoque' atmosphere' of this hotel, the garden, the large space and the professional attitude of the staff in reception There is much noise (especially for the rooms situated on the back side of the hotel) from a railway (trains passing every 30-45 min). I was surprised to be charged the price of one night at the time we made the booking and the rest of the whole bill two days before arriving at the facilities (debited directly on the credit card). This is not explicitly explained in the terms and conditions described for booking. The staff responsible for cleaning shall refrain for speaking loud on corridors before 09:00 A:M |

Hotel is located in the central area of the city , close to the beach and the town center ( couple of minutes walking distance ) , and has an excelent quality/price report . There was a strange smell in the corridors , but having in mind that the hotel is quite old - its normal I guess . |

Elective activities offered; good atmosphere in the foyers and at breakfast on the terrace; good standard of breakfast; charming local French customs displayed in the hotel and park Not really; the bar served wine in cognqac glasses. Overall we thought it was an authentic, unique and wonderful experience. Our names should have been accurately recorded. My husband is Mr. Jeffrey Hallebone and I am Professor Erica Hallebone. The garden is very nice. Hotel staff is friendly. Clean rooms. We were placed on the first floor right across the Restaurant. Not pleasant at all to feel the smell and hear the noise during each meal. Also when entering the room everyone in the restaurant could see in my room through the open door. And booking.com recommended this hotel. I would expect another treatment in this case as their client. Also some problems with the hot water. Other than that everything was nice. |

Close to the beach and the city centre. The hotel room is comfortable and clean, the bed is good. No place in the room for drying the swimming suits and towels and you must pay for the parking. |

Impessive building and lovely gardens with calm atmosphere. Convenient to beach and town centre. Nice and quiet. 24-hour reception. No bath gel or shampoo provided. Bar only open at certain times and closes at 10pm. Staff ok but not too friendly. Friendliest staff I met were 2 English students working at reception and night-time staff |

It was the idea of the orange and lemon trees which finalised our decission. But two of the reviews we read were very discouraging. Our opinion is fantastic. Old hotel modenised with the charm retained. Just what we like. And after being in a similar priced hotel in Nice it was such a relief to have total quiet - we listened at night - and almost no sounds - we slept with the windows wide open - and were not disturbed. Just two of the staff speak good English (they are British and could always be called when we needed some help) but that was no real problem as the others were very friendly and most things are possible with two or three words of French. |
