Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room, free wi-fi (which I was especially happy about as it was a strong signal and not the usual weak signal that unfortunately most other hotels now seem to charge for), good food, great location

Ligging, kamers goed. Er is weinig keuze als je alleen een hotel wil boeken ipv een pakketreis en ook afwijkt van de standaard 7 dagen. Ontbijt prima, maar diner geen beste kwaliteit. Parkeren kost 25 euro per dag. Duur en vooraf niet aangegeven dat parkeren wordt gefactureerd.

Очень удобно расположен относительно всех подъемников. Отель выбрали, потому что там есть сауна, но к сожалению, сауна не работала весь период нашего пребывания.

Камера хранения для лыж на минус первом этаже. Вышел, одел лыжи и поехал... Включен ужин. На ресепшн всегда кто-то есть. Можно купить ски-пас прям в отеле (но не сдать)). Убирали хорошо. Отель староват... Не работали батареи ни в ванной, ни в комнате. Нет холодильника. Официанты постоянно тормозят.

L'accueil,le service, la propreté,le comfort Le restaurant n'est absolument pas à la hauteur petit-déjeuner : les distributeurs à : café,thé,eau chaude (-toujours en panne) et aucune solution apportée de la part de la direction (invisible) et de la part du personnel (manque d'encadrement) déjeuner et diner: choix sans imagination et insuffisant

Ski hire is in the same building and you walk past it to get to the slopes which is super convenient. Reserved online an got a 30% discount with Ski Technic too. Great buffet breakfast and it was ski and and out which is brilliant. There is a nursery that you can book about 2 mins walk from the hotel as well.

bien placé, au pied des pistes. Grandes chambres Le "responsable" des serveurs au restaurant, la personne habillée en noir et non pas en habit de serveur, n'a pas compris le principe de gérer une équipe. Cette personne met un stress incroyable à son équipe, cours dans tous les sens, s'énerve devant les clients, faisant des remarques à son personnel devant tout le monde, "brasse" énormément, fait du vent, mais au final n'avance pas beaucoup le travail. Je pense qu'il s'agit là limite de harcèlement au travail.

Location is definitely this hotel's top feature. Ski in/ski out right to the main skiing "square" of Val Thorens. Breakfast so so. Best to dine elsewhere in the town. Price is excellent if rate is available. Slope facing rooms (at 15 euros extra) gives you room filled with sunlight on a good day but at the expence of diesel powered snow plowers working all through the night on the slopes.

Having stayed here on 2 previous occasions we were very disappointed with the deterioration. The reception staff were most helpful. However the food service and quality were poor and unable to meet the demand. Will not stay here again
