Very attentive and caring staff at reception and housekeeping. The food was tasteless, lukewarm and no recommendation for the hotel brand. A dramatic deterioration to our last stay. Furthermore it is unacceptable that the staff was rolling out the breakfast trolleys and placed them in the restaurant at 8 p.m. !!! Impossible ! And not to tolerate.

It was a safe and secure hotel, very modern and clean, and within a short distance to the old city. Parking is also great, with locked gates that surround the entire property. The hotel is on a freeway service road, so the immediate area around the hotel is not exactly pretty.

La gentillesse du personnel, le calme des chambres, le lit est grand et confortable, le paysage, les espaces de détente, le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. A la lecture de cartes du restaurant nous n avons pas été motivé pour y manger.

Netter Empfang,bekamen Zimmer das sehr ruhig gelegen war wie wir es bestellt hatten. Gutes Frühstück, nette junge Dame die das Frühstück unter Kontrolle hatte. Das Essen ist sehr gut aber zu teuer für die kleinen Portionen, dasselbe gilt fürs Frühstück, was 15.- kostet, etwas teuer wenn man mit Ibishotels vergleicht die auch zum Accordgroup gehören und wo man nicht soviel zahlt für ungefähr dasselbe.

Belle chambre fonctionnelle avec vue sur la rivière et la petite cascade. Wi-fi gratuit. Restaurant avec personnel très gentil et proposition de plats bio et de menus enfants. Petit déjeuner. Belle escale, nous y reviendrons.

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Les chambres sont très propres. Il y a une petite bibliothèque et des petits jeux pour les enfants. La route qui relie directement le centre ville à l'hôtel n'est pas praticable à pied (route nationale sans trottoir). Il est possible de contourner cette route dangereuse en passant derrière l'hôtel mais nous n'avons découvert cette possibilité qu'en fin de séjour.
