The location was great, the view of the Eiffel tower was amazing, the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. room size was decent, bathroom was very big, close to the metro. elevator was way to small. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but comfortable. Decor and carpeting in stairwell needs refresh. Although we had requested a twin room for our teenage children we were given two doubles and it was not possible to change this easily on arrival |

Very close to Palais des Expositions at Porte de Versailles - Nice staff -Free Wifi Internet access Breakfast expensive for what it is - Expresso not included in the breakfast rate (waiter didn't inform me about it) Very Oldfashion deco in the room - need some renovation |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to metro station and therefore the city is easily accessible. Breakfast was expensive, badly organised and not value for money. Find a cafe. |

We are repeat customers of this hotel, which we find has a nice atmosphere, helped by the assistance of Marie at the front desk. It's nice and close to the Metro stop, even if it is a few minutes farther out that some other hotels. |

good location, proximity to metro, quiet area and staff very helpful. In a triple room with daughter which had door seperating the third bed, allowing more privacy. bathroom a little outdated |

All the promised things was in place (mini-bar, tea spot, hair-driver, etc.), breakfast was just as I expected. The strange security list, that I have to fill: they wanted my passport number, my home address and credit card data, including the CVC. |

Friendly, English-speaking staff. Great value for money considering the hotel is almost in the center of Paris. The room was very clean and had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Very small room (but this is normal in Paris), and the walls are a little thin - if you are a light sleeper and also you get loud neighbors this could be a big problem. |

Hotel was good value for money and easily accessable to major attractions via the metro. Great view of the Eiffel tower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very small....but thats what you get in many European cities |

the staff were so friendly, good command of english, so helpful, location was close to metro and very peacful, i loved this hotel, a very nice and cosy cafe nearby the lift was very small, rooms very small also |

Hotel is situated on the right spot (easy starting point for sight seeing Paris). Very good and family friendly restaurant just next door (aroung the corner).Staff is friendly and willing to help. |

I loved the staff for being so helpful and kind, the breakfast was also very well arranged. The walls of the room appeared to be quite thin, we could hear alot of noise coming from the other rooms. |
