Staff were very pleasant good location as we did not want to be too near the city centre. Underground station about a minute's walk so very convenient.

slightly tired looking, although the room & bathroom were clean.

Location is the biggest plus. Room wasn't to small for a 3 star hotel.

Very noisy, bed had a weird sound.No plug-in in the bathroom for electrical appliances.

The reception staff was great

The room was in bad condition, very old and dirty carpet, old dusty curtains, wardrobe was not clean, lots of dusts on top shelf. Was surprised to see a lot of ants in the bathroom. Also the elevator goes is just to the 4th floor. So being pregnant and living on the 6th floor was not great.

the fact that our room, which was on 6th floor, smelt very strongly of tobacco smoke. We were nor given the choice of booking a smoking/non-smoking room - I feel this should be made clear.

Good location for city visits, very close to a tube station, a quiet hotel with polite staff.

The room and the bathroom were rather small (especially the shower room), but I think it is normal for Paris hotels.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially Lawrence. He not only answered our questions but went a step further in explaining various aspects of Paris train system and how to manage ourselves better during our short stay. Location of the hotel was superb as it is hardly 30 m from the Vaneau train station and very good shopping area and some fine restaurants. Tauqeer, Islamabad.

The only thing that bothered a little was the small lift. Cannot think of any mentionable negatives.

Like the room. Since I don't speak French, the young lady at the desk was a delight. Hotel was comfortable, clean and well-maintained.

Nice, calm, small hotel near metro and supermarket in the center of a city. Comfortable beds, good sound isolation.

Please turn the heating down. My room was far too hot and I was unable to turn the heating down as it was radiators.

The location was fantastic. All major tourist attractions were easily accessible by foot

Great hotel, great location

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The location is great, the staff was very helpful and kind, the room is also nice, so we were totally satisfied with the services and definitely would chose this hotel again.

No ashtray in the smoking room.

However internet didn't work and there was quite heavy noise during all night/day due to traffic and construction nearby

Dirty floor covering. The carpet should certainly be changed, or at least washed.
