Hotel and staff were clean and pleasent. Food was good but not a huge choice as one of the restautants were closed. Was a great hub to explore the rest of provence. |

This is very narly a good hotel. The location though not central is conveniently placed for local public transport so no problems there. Pool excellent. Now to the bad things. The restaurants and room service. Do not under any circumstances eat in this place. The normal restaurant, the provencal, was horrible. The service was so ridiculously bad I am surprised they had the nerve to charge us for our meal.... Their special Friday night seafood spectacular. The only thing that was worth tasting and cooked proparly were the fresh oysters. The gastro restaurant which supplies room srvice was a case of style over substance. The salad selection was four egg cups with some coleslaw, a bit of chopped tomato, cold cous cous and some other unremarkable concoction. Hotel please. Get your act together and you could be a great hotel. However for now use be used only for room only. |

Friendly staff and waiters. Students, they tried their best. Good bedroom/airconditioning. Close to the centre of Nimes. Nice swimming pool/spa. Bathroom a bit small. Dinner upto 22.00 hrs. Little variety breakfast. |

Good restaurant. Big, clean rooms. Good value for money. The staff are in fact trainees - this hotel is their classroom. Some don't speak either French or English! Very incompetent staff! |

Tout c'est très bien passé, le personnel est très accueillant. Un gros point positif pour l'espace détente mis à la disposition des clients avec piscine chauffée..... Chambre propre et confortable. Fermeture de la piscine le dimanche pour "panne" mais un responsable nous a offert un bon pour une journée détente en dédommagement. |

Très belle chambre, personnel de la réception vraiment agréable et dévoué, espace de détente parfait et cuisine délicieuse. Personnel du restaurant semble pressé, vous n'avez pas encore demandé l'addition mais elle vous est portée alors que vous commencez tout juste le dessert! Un peu limite!!! |

La amabilidad del sr. de recepción y la disposición para atendernos y facilitarnos la cena a pesar de que era bastante tarde. La sra. de recepción de la mañana, le di la tarjeta de credito y la pasó por la màquina como no contestaba me dijo que no funcionaba y tuve que pagarle en efectivo, cuando el problema era suyo, supongo que lo podian haber realizado manualmente, pero se quito de enmedio y discuti con ella. |

C est totalement anormal de prendre des reservation alors uq un mariage est prevu dans l hotel , sachant que l insonorisation est plus que moyenne et que la salle de mariage donne directement dans le puit de lumiere qui alimente les couloirs de chambre, resultat un bel hotel ou nous n avons pas dormi de la nuit |

Le design de la chambre Le lobby et lieux publics etaient vétustes, sals et mal entretenus; pour ne pas dire a l'abandon. Le restaurant gastro n'etait pas ouvert et nous n'avons pas ete avertis que cet hotel etait "une ecole", donc avec des employés non formés et ne parlant pas bien français. le rapport qualité prix est vraiment moyen, notamment a cause du prix du petit dejeuner: 12 euros. Le buffet ne les vaut pas. de plus, le lieu n'est vraiment pas plaisant. |

poco puedo decir sobre el mismo, pues tan solo estuve una noche u por tanto no puede disfrutar de las instalaciones de spa. A las 15 horas aún no tenian preparada la habitación. Le falta una buena remodelación principalmente de mobiliario. |

A vrai dire, pas grand chose. Même l'intérêt majeur de l'hôtel, la proximité d'un spa, n'en est pas un : ce spa sert également de salle de sport à l'année... L'accueil a été plus que médiocre, par une personne à peine bien habillée. La chambre n'était pas faite à 16h00 quand nous sommes arrivés, il a fallu patienter plus d'une heure. Quand nous sommes montés, un plateau de petit déjeuner trainait dans le couloir devant notre porte (à 17h00...). Le minibar n'était pas rempli (il faisait 40° dehors...). Nous avons appelé l'accueil pour nous en plaindre, avec une vague promesse. Quand nous sommes ressortis de la chambre vers 18h00, la plateau trainait toujours dans le couloir... La vue de la chambre donnait sur une cité hlm qui donne l'impression d'être à l'abandon et des tas de détritus. La fenêtre, elle-même, avait un carreau cassé, rafistolé à coup de ruban adhésif !!! |

Zeer goede kamers en bedden alsmede een klimaatregling, goede ontvangst en snelle afhandeling. Het personeel bestaat uit trainees waardoor er weinig proactief handelen is. Na vragen wordt dat alsnog gedaan. Dit speelt zich met name tijdens het ontbijt af. |

Lo elegí por tener servicio de parking. Una explanada sin vigilancia con el suelo lleno de cristales rotos por robos en los coches de los clientes. Tuve que subir todo el equipaje aunque solo dormía allí una noche. Un desastre |

Rustig in het spa-gedeelte, voor zover je over een spa kunt spreken. Goed bed. Kamer gerenoveerd en netjes. Gratis internet. Gelegen op een verlaten industrieterrein. Het voelde onveilig 's avonds en over het parkeren van de auto hadden wij geen goed gevoel. Er lag op meerdere parkeerplaatsen glas van ingeslagen autoruiten. Hotelpersoneel heeft meermaals de hotelkamer open laten staan. Zelfs het ophangen van een (Frans) briefje hierover op de deur hielp niet; men haalde het briefje eraf en de deur stond opnieuw open. Personeel jong en onervaren. De begeleidende managers geven ook niet het goede voorbeeld; onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel. We zijn frequente hotelbezoekers, zowel zakelijk als prive, maar dit hotel is absoluut geen vier sterren waardig. |
