Really close to the undrerground, and to the Oberkampf street which is full of great places to have a drink at. The hotel has a nice location, staff is friendly and they clean the room every day.

Rooms are terribly small, but aren't you supposed to be out in the city rather sitting all day in your room?

The day staff was great and always helpful! Great location -- lots of night spots within walking distance and metro is less than 5 minutes away. Rooms were small but had everything you could need. The balcony was a great plus!

I liked the location, the staff and the nice and clean room. The rooms had everything I needed, and the location was good for me.

Train station,metro, Supermarket is near, many restaurant for local people which the price is much cheaper. The hotel is valued to stay.

Clean, quiet, helpful staff, good value for money considering that the hotel is in Paris, modern, well kept rooms and good breakfast at a reasonable price.

The size of the room is the only drawback, but is also the main reason why the hotel good value for money!

A decent hotel situated in a location crowded with bars and cafes. Close to Metro Station. Very Clean.

Really good hotel. The staff speaks english pretty well and they are really kind. The room was small but it has everything we needed. The hotel is not in the center of the city but it has a metro line down the corner and works really good to get everywhere in Paris.

Good links to centre - tube station 50 metres from Hotel. Fairly quiet area but with a number of eating places and bars within 100 metres,

The heating system is an air systems so very noisy. Bath without eating systems. Noise of the elevator in the room.

Clean modern facilities

I was in Paris to see The 69 Eyes at Nouveau Casino so I chose this hotel as it was litterally around the corner and seen reasonably priced. I wasn't expecting anything special but I found the room was lovely clean and very modern. I was on the 5th floor and had a fantastic balcony. If i'm in the area again for a show at the same venue I will be staying again.

The tv didn't initially work but after playing with a wire in the back I got it working. I arrived quite late in the evening and planned to sleep late so put the do not disturb sign on the door. No one knocked from housekeeping but unfortunately there seemed to be some building work going on in the room next door so there was alot of drilling going on. I didn't get alot of sleep so went to the venue early

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here over the past weekend and would definitely go back to stay again! We stayed in a double room on the 6th floor which was a little on the small side (which you come to expect in an older building in Paris) but perfect if you are two people who just want to use the room as a bed for the night after your days exploring of the city. It was newly renovated so was a massive improvement on the photos which seem to show a slightly older decor. This was a very nice surprise. Flat screen telly on the wall, safe in room, built in cupboard space, comfy double bed and a lovely new bathroom made it a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and the area felt very safe and was very quiet which was nice when we were strolling around at night. Tube literally across the road meant it only took about 20mins to get there from Gare du Nord as well. Very happy with the place, a great little find!

Im sure itll be sorted soon seeing as it was newly renovated, but there was a tiny leak between bath and shower screen. That is clutching at straws though, I wouldnt complain about anything else!

It is really a good hotel: quiet, comfortable, the room was very clean. Well located. Excellent choice for a short journey in Paris

the room is quite narrow - however i did not stay in my room during the day.

Very convenient , we found the staff helpful particularly with down loading our train tickets.

The heating in the room did not cool though we turned the thermo down

ITs location as I was visiting my daughter studying paris and verlain was located right across the street.

Room allocated to me was very small and I had to really push to get a better sized room.

Located right next to metro. Staff was very helpful. Interesting neighborhood (right off of Rue Oberkampf).

It was a little noisy from the streets, but that's to be expected.
