Hôtel Vernet  

L'hotel è situato in buona posizione, la camera ampia, pulita , confortevole.

Il personale disattento, ho prenotato una cena al ristorante e quando sono arrivato la sala era tutta occupata, ho dovuto uscire controvoglia e cercarmi un'altra soluzione. Farsi chiamare il taxi dal ricevimento non puoi trovartelo nel conto 3 € a chiamata. La colazione pagata a parte 20€ scarsina.

Room is cold, facility is old, voice from other room it maybe thin wall.

The mattress was not comfortable and the concierge could not recommend any good restaurants.

Just the location n the staff

There were no coffe maker/hot jarr in the room. N the room lokk so vurnerable. Specially every wood in side the bathroom,they are so old , the hotel just paint it not really make it good

The rooms are small

The concierge at this Hotel are very professional accurate and know how to handle clients

The 20 euro buffet for breakfast is very poor

What I liked most in this hotel is its location. It is very near to the champs elysees street. I also liked the types of rooms and their furniture. The most important thing is the hotel security which is up to standard.

I do not have anything against this hotel.

Excellent location by Avenue de Champs Elysee and proximity to Arc de T. and Eiffel Tour. Easy ride from cdg Airport - taxi drivers could easily find it.

Room buzz in the room on first night and we could not sleep because of that. Switched to another room but made no consideration of room credit for this very inconvenient move. Hallways and room sometimes had an offensive odor to them ( raw sewage) even though we did not come at a hot time of June. For the price of this hotel, we did not receive the value nor luxury that we had in the past. Our second visit to this Hotel was very disappointing - would not recommend to other travellers.

Location is centrally located close the the main attractions and shopping areas. And within less than 100 meters than the champs Elysee st and George iv.

The lack of flexibility in reservation: due to business reasons, we tried to post pond arrival by one day, the hotel didn't allow that and insisted to charge for the first day as reserved. The cancellation policy is clear that no refund if you cancel reservation, but it doesn't address postponing by one day. I felt the hotel should be flexible in this issue.

great service & parisian room. pricey but worth it!

перед приездом отель пытался за сутки снять деньги, больше чем стоимость номера за сутки, хотя бронь без оплаты. когда приехали, то отель не предупреждая заблокировал деньги на карте в два раза больше чем стоимость проживания. тратить деньги в отеле причем было не куда. ресторан не работал. а на завтраках и минибаре это не потратить. обещали что остаток вернется в течении 3 дней. жду....
