Great location in a gem of a neighbourhood - the best of Paris. Bigger room is best...

Air con only set to heat in winter and you have no control in room even though you have your own air con unit. We opened window for some cool air which meant street noise during the night....

Nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. Very close to the Louvre and the high-end shopping and restaurants of the St Germain area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, extremely friendly staff and a lovely hotel. Recently refurbished so in fantastic condition.

As with most Parisienne hotels the room was small, but had everything we needed.

Great location. Within walking distance to most attractions or Metro. Lots of good neighborhood restaurants.

Pleasant room with comfortable bed and good quality sheets, towels and toiletries. Very clean and fresh paint etc. Reasonably breakfast. Staff efficient. Location good for tourism. On residential street.

Slightly far from a metro, street slightly noisy for rooms at the front owing to loud motorbikes and people at early hours. Why no offer of eggs for breakfast?

Rooms modern, very clean and well appointed with usual amenities. hotel near to tourist sites andLouvre in walking distance. Staff friendly and spoke english .

Rooms were small and bathroom glass door built to cover only half of doorway but bathroom was nice.

Rooms were tastefully designed and well equipped.They were very clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to Louvre with several shops and cafes nearby.Staff friendly and bilingual.

Rooms were small but expected this in Paris, Bathroom was very nice but shower glass door covers only half of door so water tended to spill outside on floor. Most of T.V. shows in French so confined to cnn and bbc channels which were in English.

Lovely old historical building on a quiet street. Luxurious bed and modern bathroom with L'Occitane products. Love the cozy, quaint feel of the hotel. Friendly staff.

Nothing was bad, but for that price, maybe a little continental breakfast and complimentary coffee and tea in the cozy lounge downstairs would be a nice touch.

We stayed 5 nights....it was the perfect holiday we had two rooms the second one for our 17yearold daughter....I Have been to Paris many times but this was my first time at this hotel....staff was fantastic , helpful beyond duty, location is certainly one of the best in paris and in st Germain a close walk to the subway ,louvre ,etc,,, The rooms were not to small and by Paris standards more than suitable..price was fair for a three star hotel that looks and feels like a four star....we had a great time will definitely go back...I Would highly recommend this hotel....

Nothing it was great

The location was great for visiting the museums in Paris and was in a quiet part of the city.

The room was very small.

The room (101) was very small, but then that seems to be what is expected in Paris. The location is excellent, walkable to just about any Paris site.

Complimentary tea and coffee in the downstairs lounge would have been nice since it was almost impossible to relax in the room with one small chair, one small table, no bureau. If the bed wasn't in the room, it wold have been a nice size! At 15 euros/pp the breakfast while very nice was too expensive. We ate there once the first morning but then found local cafes (like Eric Kaysers) for half the price. Apparently they have a b and b option but we were never informed about it.

Location is excellent and the staff very friendly.

Unfortunately the renovation work was more extensive than noted which made some of the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast facilities under renovation. Hotel provides voucher at local bistro but you still pay. Better to just have breakfast on your own. Disappointed the hotel did not provide a free breakfast voucher for the hotel price and the renovation challenges.

The staff, all four that I interacted with, were very polite and helpful. They speak English and go out of their way to answer questions. I was greeted by name each time I returned to the hotel. As for the reviews that said the staff was not courteous, it's hard to believe they stayed at the same hotel. My deluxe room on the top floor was decorated to a very high standard, compared to my experiences of many other Parisian and European hotels, with beautiful paint, upholstery and fixtures. It was not large, but in my experience, all hotels in Paris are going to have small rooms by American standards if they are in a prime location and you are not paying $600 night. This hotel has been recently renovated and was nearing completion during my stay - it is going to be a jewel. The location is perfect for the left bank. I would definitely stay again.

L'hôtel est superbement aménagé (mobilier, couleurs, étoffes, sanitaires, éclairage ...) jusque dans les moindres détails (prises électriques,...). Idéal pour un week-end romantique !

La chambre (= très agréable) était un peu petite (= 16 m2, salle de bains comprise).

Séjour vraiment merveilleux très très bel hôtel. Certes les chambres sont petite mais très bien aménagé. Bravo et merci pour ce superbe séjour

L'hôtel est très bien situé, la déco est raffinée, les chambres sont impeccables (propreté) et la literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

La chambre était très petite et mal insonorisée. La salle du petit-déjeuner était trop petite (nous avons du attendre notre tour pour avoir une table !).

L accueil et le professionnalisme des employés y compris les femmes de chambre .
