Free parking in a courtyard with gates. Rooms are very basic and small, suitable only for a short stay, if you do not plan to stay there during daytime. Some privacy feeling can be anticipated only in case of the 1st floor rooms. If you are unlucky you can get a room coming out to the reception entrance court. |

The Staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant "Pots Du Vin" the rooms all have individual entrances with a patio and table in a garden setting. The breakfast was good. The shower didn't have curtains and the shower head was mounted low, so you had to sit in the tub to shower. The pillows weren't comfortable but in line with most in Europe. |

staff were exceptionally helpful and the bus stop into town was just outside the door so access to the main tourist sights was easy. WIfi was in public areas but no one had any problems with you sitting out on the patio to use it and they had a computer of their own that you could use if you didn't have a lap top. Also a near by shopping center if you book one of the rooms with fridge and microwave. when getting off the bus in town the walk to the main sights was through what seemed like a less desirable part of the city, note that we didn't have any problems though. |

very different hotel, nice ambiance, loved the setting, the green ,the rooms.Did not feel that you were in a large city,gave me a bit of a 'hippy"feeling.! Free internet,personel very helpfull.would defenitly use it again. The shower in a half tub was small and handheld.a showercurtain would help.The garden and building outside could use a bit more attention/paintjob and cleaning up. |

The Vert was clean and fairly central but not a great neighbourhood. the breakfast was very good value for money and as European breakfasts go was very comprehensive included choice of cereals, various breads and a toaster, cheese, meat, fruit and yoghurt and plenty of coffee or tea. Inside parking, architecture and the ideea of inedependent rooms, on two levels only is very relaxing. The stuff very helping.The flowers near all the rooms.Very good if you have a car. The backspaces in the courtyard are not very clean, unpleasent for those having the outdoor on this side of the hotel. My room needs some small repaires ( the bathroom especially). |

The courtyard and other common spaces were nice to hang out in, and the hotel had a feeling more like a B & B. The staff were excellent - very friendly & accomodating. We arrived rather early (11am) but they allowed us to put our bags in our rooms and then they made it a priority to make those rooms up, As is usual in France, the bathrooms were very small but clean. The rooms were also clean but showed signs of wear on the walls and such. |

Communal areas and court yards were very pleasant, shaded areas to sit and relax. The breakfast was good The room was very basic, the bath was tiny, the aircon had been swithed off at the fuse box, indicating a fault and their was only one plug socket for the whole room. The TV only had one channel working |

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Layout was unusual but pleasant with rooms opening onto outdoor courtyard. It was a long way from the city centre but we expected that and had selected the hotel for ease of parking which was behind secured gates - a bonus. Third bed was in a loft above the double bed. I'd have liked to have WiFi access. |

The hotel has a nice atmosphere with all the plants and flowers growing in the garden. It is lovely sitting outside in the green. Free wifi on public places in the hotel is also appreciated. It is really quiet you are not disturbed by the heavy traffic of the roads close by. A supermarket is near you can arrange all the shoppings. The room is really very small. |

Access to Paris as a local, not a tourist. I could not sleep because the street noise was so intense, and I could feel every single spring in the mattress. Once I had brought luggage in the room, there was nowhere to step around the bed. |

The staff were very helpful and were able to meet my requests even though I do not speak French. They arranged my taxi travel on the day of departure to ensure I was able to catchmy train on time and were helpful in orientation of the city. I did like the courtyard space outside my room and the one to have breakfast in. the only thing i found unsatisfactory was the cleanliness of the room. the bedding was fine but the walls had scuff marks and the paint/wallpaper on the walls was bubbled and peeling in spots. the bathtub caulking had mildew stains all over it. it would also have helped to have a shower curtain as it was quite uncomfortable showereing. |

The hotel was very accomadating since we were arriving late. The hotel is very cute bed and breakfast type. The breakfast was in very nicely decorated lobby -- it had many patios to sit outside as well. The downside is the location that it is farther from the center of Avignon then we thought but since we had a rental car it was fine. For people without a car, I would not recommend because of distance. |

We liked the old fashioned style of the building and the fact that we had a kitchenette and small garden terrace in front of our room. We could access WiFi from outside our room. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. There was some mould on our ceiling and this gave an unpleasant odour and the shower head would not stay in its fixture. |
