Very nice family run designer (!) hotel. One feels at home.:-) Very comfortabele latex beds. Breakfast ist not included. WiFi should function better. The connection is very unstable. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds des Hospices de Beaune. Chambre très confortable avec des équipements d'excellente qualité et une décoration qui saura séduire les amateurs de contemporain. Très belles prestations. Il n'y a pas de réception, à votre arrivée vous passez par le restaurant de l'hôtel. L'accueil est plus que décevant dans un établissement qui se dit "4 étoiles". Nous avons du nous même porter nos valises encombrantes dans un escalier étroit pour aller à notre chambre sous le regard du personnel qui est resté muet. Pas d'accompagnement dans la chambre pas de présentation des équipements, décevant |
