Friendly helpful staff

A bit grim

There were two receptionists. The one who greeted me was incredibly rude and impatient but the one who followed was an extremely friendly and amiable chap. The location was also great, being only ten minutes or so from the center of things in Paris.

There were bed bugs. That is the main reason, I stayed in room 18 and received several bed bug bites and saw them squashed when I woke up, which is the second time this has happened on a week long trip. Also there was heavy building work going on all day, which was disruptive.

Hotel is clean, people are very friendly. Brochant metro station (line 13) is close to Clichy and Pigalle. Zone is safe so even that it is not luxury my total grade for this place, (considering price) is high.

Personal was very friendly.

It was comfortable and also close to train station. Additionally, the attitude of staff were nice.

The only thing was the shower, I knew that it was share but I thought there is one or two showers in each floor. But it was ok.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the metro station and approx 5 stops from the Centre of Paris so is in a very good location. The area is nice and people are friendly, my French is minimum and the staff in the hotel and surrounding shops, cafes could speak English. The staff are very friendly, they helped with directions, kept our luggage for us after we checked out as we had a late flight and organised us transportation in a private car to the airport for the same price as a taxi.

The room was very small but for a 2 day break is fine as really all you are doing is sleeping in there. The room was immaculate and was cleaned each day, although if you are getting the en-suite it is very very small and larger people may find this a bit restrictive.

Easy access to Port Maillot for getting the bus to Beauvais Airport

The website is misleading for saying that the accommodation is given as "shared bathroom". There's one WC per floor, and a wash basin in every room, but no bathing facilities. Maybe acceptable for a quick overnight stay in the city, but if one wanted a shower, that'd be a problem. WIFI access is available for €1 per hour, but the signal was weak and I couldn't connect from my 4th floor room. These days, it's a sine qua non.

Really ugly and basic room though it was not too small.

Good location, very close to a subway station, laundromat, internet place, restaurants and market. The service was good and rooms were clean but modest.

Having to pay extra for internet, not having a elevator and narrow stairways.

no place to resting on the flat. no wifi free, cold atention, a lot of noise cause floor is made of wood. the doors of the rooms make much noise. everything is got inside of the rooms (noise). the shower are paid, no credit card and so. Venezuelan people frecuently make payments with credit card.

The hotel is a shame.liked nothing about it

They are fraudulent people,i stayed for one night and checked out the next day but they still charged me for 2nites.

Emplacement géographique de l'hotel dans paris, proximité du métro

Les lits doubles sont trop petits, matelats de120cms ou 130cms, on dort pas bien à deux personnes Hotel sans ascenceur et les escaliers sont raides avec les valises.

La bouche a 5 euro et l eau pas très chaude limite froid manque la télécommande télé un peu bruyant
